Well, not a good company store to go , kind small you have to hang out standing mostly , but the manager day time not as helpful , i felt he needs more skills to deal with customer questions . I dont recommend this company store at this time .

Rude, dishonest, and discriminant!
I was advised to visit this Corporate Store by Verizon Customer Service to retrieve my final bill, itemizing what I owe so I could pay off a $3k bill. When I entered they were immediately rude and aggression, especially from the manager named FERNANDO. No one greets you, even with an appointment. The security guard asks if he can help me. Shay hears that I have an appointment then logs off social media and finally starts helping. Shay listens to my problem and talks to Fernando I can see him mouth some racist comments. Shay comes back and proceeds to connect me customer service (which took 45 minutes to connect).
Fernando was avoiding me from the time I entered and when I asked him to collaborate with Customer Service to resolve the issue he began to lie as if he working on a solution. In his words while talking to the Customer Service, "so you're going to email the final bill to Paul and he'll email it to me (Fernando), great thank you!" Keep in mind this guy was super aggressive the whole time. He hands me the phone and CS agent immediately tells me that the only thing we can do is to wait for the bill to be mailed home. FERNANDO lied to my face and ran into the back cowering away, not helping customers (essentially his job). BEWARE of this place.
I had no idea of the reviews they've been receiving however after my experience, I see now their behavior is constant and the entire staff is dire need of training. I will be taking action and escalating this issue to corporate. I've switched to TMobile just because of Verizon's customer service and unethical business practices, constant run-around with bait and switch tactics. If you're reading this, go somewhere else, anywhere else if you want to be treated like a human being.

Rude, dishonest, unprofessional, and discriminate. I came in to pay a final bill before it's due and requested and itemized list of exactly what I was paying nearly $3k for. I was immediately met with looks of disgust, perhaps I don't fit the demographic you're used to dealing with daily. Now I'm On hold with Customer Service for 45 minutes. We looped in Fernando (store mgr), he aggressively begins ask me "what do need" then hops on the phone, talks to the CS rep and begins to lie on the phone about a solution, as if he was making things happen while rudely talking to me as if I was wasting his time. I hop back on the phone with the CS agent thinking we have a resolution but she informs me that I will have to wait to receive the itemized bill in the mail. Fernando blatantly lied to me and ran into the back, no where to be found. He needs training in professionalism, honesty, business ethics, and diversity/ discrimination. Is this what Verizon stands for? How do you employ people like this?

I placed an order for online pick up at the locker and I never received a notification that my order was ready but I just received a notification that my order was canceled because I didn't pick it up?? This location is low tier and unprofessional. 0 stars

I went In and every time I go in I see nasty faces giving at us , no sorts of greetings and everybody seems like their in a bad mood , as soon as I walked in jackie the manager was with a straight face and not appealing. She looked like she didn't wanna be there , we were asking questions and she's so rude giving us nasty faces and not wanting to help us. she was able to help us yesterday tho. Now all of a sudden she dosnt know what we were talking about. Super rude and super racist. I left unsatisfied.

Came into this location to do a phone upgrade. Was promptly greeted by Alejandra a service representative. She was knowledgeable and made the whole process as simple and painless as possible. She explained the devices and plans to me and helped me make a choice I am happy with. Keep up the good work muffin.

Alejandra the sales person which I spent a long time with her to transfer 4 numbers to Verizon, she actually did the job right only for one number. The other 3 numbers where not transferred and 3 people their numbers where disconnected from previous carriers but not connected to Verizon. Can you be without phone for more than 1 day? I have no idea what she was doing all that time I was at the store in front of her because she definitely didn’t do what she was asked to do. Really bad

I only have like 7 months with Verizon and each month there's a new problem, when I go to this location they are so rude and on top of that they think they have the authority to raise their voice at you! They don't even let you ask a question they cut you off and literally tell you " call customer service " all the time!! If I could give it a zero I would!
