Ruben S. is a terrific employee of your company! I found him to be well informed, patient, attentive and a very confident guide. He was not pushy whatsoever and because of kind/suggestive manner, I ended up purchasing a lot more than I initially planned. Had he been excessively suggestive and too intense, I would have just purchased a less expensive phone and would have balked at adding any additional accessories. Ruben's calm and professional manner gives Verizon a good name.

Ruben at Mission Grove Verizon was professional and informative. He made it very easy for me to upgrade , and he answered all questions. This is how service should be done.

Got off work early to go to this Verizon store which says open until 8pm to find out they closed early.. The door also says they close at 8pm.. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR HOURS!

They don't even deserve a star!
They only have two employees, a lot of people waiting and they don't even hurry in the slightest, it seems like they don't care that people are upset because they are waiting. We ordered an iPhone for more than 2 weeks and still nothing, we will just cancel it and not return to this store.

this location is the absolute worst. they hold phones for other people even though you've already bought it, and sit there and lie to your face saying they dont have the phone you've purchased because it's "spoken for". If you've already purchased the phone how is it "spoken for" by someone else?

Worst customer service . Short staffed and long wait . When I showed up with an appt , they told me it doesn't matter because I would end up waiting . They also blamed Verizon for not communicating the appt times . The store is packed with people waiting with two employees .
