They are kinda shady. When I got my phone there was a promotion going on. After I had my phone service for 2 months I would receive a Switch gaming device for free. Well they sent me 2 Switch gaming devices. If I didn't want it I would have to pay to return it. Then when I got my bill they charged me for the second Switch that I never asked for($299.00 plus tax) on my bill.

On 6/16/24, Logan Danson was our sales consultant. He really helped us. He took time to answer all our questions. He thoroughly explained our purchases. He even stayed after work to help us make modifications to our new car screen, about which we have been clueless. Thank you so much, Logan! Verizon is lucky to have you!
A couple days later we returned to pick up our new tablets. Sebastian Rivera also so did a great job explaining our purchases. Thank you, Sebastian!

Excellent constituent relations from the Tag team extraordinaire! Whom do you ask? They are Humberto and Estephani of course! I had a frustrating encounter online and decided to go into the store and am so glad that I did! From Humberto to Estephani I am beyond elated at what was accomplished for me. To say that I am grateful would be an understatement. All I can say is come to this Limonite location and get yout needs personally taken care of.?????✨️

I think that my complaint is being resolved, as I called the number they gave me below. Customer service is the most important thing that a company can offer aside from a quality product. The nice lady who assisted me in customer service advised me that it will take from 7-10 days for them to get final approval for the resolution of our issues.

Wow what an experience!! Went in for prices. Bryan helped us. He took about 4hrs to start up 4 phone lines for us. JESUS CHRIST!! It was an excruciatingly painful experience!! Not only that he forgot to give us 1of the new phone boxes. Forgot to mention the add on of Netflix Disney and Hulu service was $20 per line and with ads. $39 per flimsy case $39 for 1 screen protector. I'm hoping ? the quoted line price he gave us was true!! I guess only time will tell. Already I'm uncomfortable with the feeling like we got taken advantage of. Was charged a set up fee per phone of $40 but will somehow still be charged a$35 activation fee on my bill. The whole experience left me feeling like we got taken for as much $ as he could milk out of us. I would definitely not recommend this store. Not sure about the service just yet. Not impressed with their WiFi but that's all offered in my neighborhood.

Came to this location many years ago when it was a retail shop. This time that is an actual Verizon store the service was 100% better. Matthew was patient and knew exactly what we needed. He did his recommendations and knew his stuff. Recommend this location.

Every time I go to this location I always get helped out with all my questions and concerns by everyone . More specifically the most recent time I have been helped was by Raymond. Not only did he resolve an ongoing issue that I have been dealing with for 2 weeks straight but he also tried everything before giving up. I really appreciate his help and I highly recommend this location when needing assistance! 10 stars for sure!!

i jus wanna say THANK YOU to the crew at this store at 8012 Limonite av in Jurupa Valley especially Salman who took the time to help me out with patience and respect,he was very knowledgeable and professional.i suggest if you're looking for a phone or help this is the store to go to,STAY AWAY from the Eastvale store, the Limonite store is above par and you'll be happy
