I was assigned to this company for cpap machine back in August 2023 and has not received a call to this date to pick up the machine. I have contacted the company several times and still waiting to hear from them.

The customer service is poor. They do not take responsibility for errors -- the cust svc person actually said to me "it wasn't me" over and over rather than apologizing and showing that she cared about my issue. Customers do not seem like a priority to them. Here's an example. A much needed nutritional drink was ordered, the order was placed over the phone, the company has two credit cards on file. They had an issue with the card, instead of trying the 2nd card or calling to verify the card details, the order is put on HOLD.... they did not try to contact anyone about the problem. Instead, when the order was not received when expected, WE called THEM just to have them tell us it wasn't their fault. What?! The supervisor was not much better which leads me to believe this may be a wide spread problem. Poor customer service skills come from the TOP DOWN, this place is not an exception to the TOP DOWN concept. The many one star reviews are a testament to their poor business practices.

My medical group approved replacing my malfunctioning CPAP machine. Verio would not send the new machine and told my my medical group that the old machine was working fine. I called Verio and spoke to Erin the customer service supervisor she said Regal Medical had canceled the machine which according to Regal this is not true. After calling Verio again and speaking with Erin again she said they have have been monitoring my CPAP machine but could not say if it was working or not as well as never ask me what is wrong with the machine but yet told my medical group it was working fine and wanted to send me a lot of CPAP supplies for a non working CPAP machine. I brought to Erin’s attention that I have owned this machine for 2 1/2 years and they have never had my permission to monitor my equipment or my health and this was a violation of my privacy and the HIPAA laws. She attempted to threaten me by saying if I wanted to make a issue of this that she would call my medical group and tell them that I didn’t want them to have my medical information. I truely believe this person is not customer service oriented and will get someone harmed one day from her bad and no logical way of thinking. I would recommend if you can go with a different medical equipment provider save yourself the stress and do so.

Apparently, Verio HealthCare decided being diabetic wasn't challenging enough so they gamified daily testing with their strips, only 1 of 3 will work and you have to find the one that works! I guess that makes it fun trying to get a blood sugar level quickly! If you missed the sarcasm these strips SUCK. When getting a quick blood sugar reading quickly could mean the difference between a good day and a bad day at best and at worse being seriously sick or even worse freakin dead... it is imperative to have testing equipment you can rely on. Sadly the test strips from Verio are not those.Pretty sure they aren't good at social listening as the link to their Facebook page is broken and their last tweet was in 2016!

Apparently, Verio HealthCare decided being diabetic wasn't challenging enough so they gamified daily testing with their strips, only 1 of 3 will work and you have to find the one that works! I guess that makes it fun trying to get a blood sugar level quickly! If you missed the sarcasm these strips SUCK. When getting a quick blood sugar reading quickly could mean the difference between a good day and a bad day at best and at worse being seriously sick or even worse freakin dead... it is imperative to have testing equipment you can rely on. Sadly the test strips from Verio are not those. Pretty sure they aren't good at social listening as the link to their Facebook page is broken and their last tweet was in 2016!

As a caregiver and my mom in oxygen for less then a year unfortunately dealing with this company has been a horrible experience. I feel bad for those that have had to deal longer. I wish moms insurance had more options. If I could give no stars I would. WORSE company ever. Customer service hours are 9-5, really. So if waiting for a delivery and it's passed 5 you're at the mercy of driver and have to have a lot of hope and patience. Then they promise a time and NEVER show up on time. Even after 5-6 calls back to customer service. They also don't read their notes on how to get into neighborhood and just leave. What's the purpose of notes. Do better Verio. You're in the medical field and have people depending on you.

I finally talked to someone to whom could communicate properly ELSA, was tremendous help. Then upon visit for mask re-fit received excellent professional help from Kristina. Then more great help ordering supplies from Melissa. AFTER THAT ALL DOWN HILL......... Melissa suggested I call billing as showed a balance due, from re-fit visit, which had already been paid at time of services/product received. Called billing, put on hold in system, then live body. Whom notified me that since Verio account, she would have to transfer me to a co-worker that handles Verio. Then was redirected again in system again, before finally getting someone offshore whom all I got out of whole mess was INDIGESTION. WHY SAY HAVE A RECORDED LINE IF YOU DO NOT UTILIZE TO REFINE AND REPAIR BROKEN DOWN SYSTEM. LOOK AT THE BULK OF YOUR REVIEWS. UTILIZE THE HELPFUL HARD WORKING PEOPLE YOU HAVE LOCALLY TO GIVE YOUR CUSTOMERS THE SERVICE THEY DESERVE.

Horrific experience!!! Terrible service!!! All I can say is my mom suffered more because of the bad service. My father stressed so much more because of the terrible service. I tried so hard to switch services but I was told Verio was the only oxygen company we had servicing our area…. My mother’s oxygen was sometimes forgotten, sometimes dropped off super late at night after fighting on the phone….. this doesn’t even begin to describe the pain and suffering we experienced with Verio. We need to do something. I do not want anyone else to suffer like we did!!!!! May my mom rest in peace!!!

This is the most frustrating experience anyone can suffer through. Been waiting over 3 months for my CPAP machine, and the day before my appointment, they cancelled my long awaited appointment, only to reschedule at date in the future. Apparently forgetting the human element of these transactions, humans are anxiously awaiting medical equipment. Such a disconnect.

Just got out of the hospital with major heart attack and heart surgery the tech that dropped off my oxagen was so very nice and helpful and advised me when I have only 2 tanks left to call right away which I did today also the valve thing is leaking an Indian customer service guy answered and stated that it wasn't an emergency and that I needed to schedule an appointment on Monday 9-5 and that there appointments are 2 days out so what happens if power goes out?? Also I have follow up appointments for Drs both Monday and Tuesday and the valve is leaking and cant help me untill possibly Wednesday way unprofessional definitely filing a grievance...

Verio Healthcare is, by far, the worst company I've ever dealt with in my life. They're biking practices border on abusive and they certainly are deceptive at the very least. From "accidentally" dropping calls to not returning messages. I've had 3 concentrators go out on me, always on a weekend of course, and then I have to use the bottled oxygen until they can bring a new one out. They have never come to do any concentrator checks and maintenance side I've been with them. I'm sick with them because of the medical group I'm with but I'm switching to a PPO this year and they'll be gone.

I have been waiting since March 22 for my portable concentrator. I call and they keep telling me they are out and will get one soon. I don't understand how they can be out of them, thats their business to supply them!!

Horrible customer service. Can't contact a human, IVR hell followed by dead lines. Don't answer email. Aren't proactive in communicating order status. They know they have the customers locked in and just ignore them.

I cannot understand why people leave only one star here. We have been helped on time , with courtesy and respect and patience .This place is clean including the bathroom.I will definitely come back.
