Flowers were pretty but roses never opened and dies within 3 days.They did replace them but with a much smaller arrangement and those roses were mostly yellow and instead of the 6 purple requested originally there were on 2, the vase was smaller as well.Also they put forth a photo like they are in a shopping center but when I mapquested the address they are in a residential neighborhood off of Wood Rd and Van Buren ?

Thank you Van Buren Florist. Received a huge bunch of roses last week but half started drooping 2 days after delivery. I called to let them know and they apologized and sent a brand new one to us again today. That is great customer service and we really appreciated it. Shop small businesses folks.

A million thank yous! My father is sick and unable to attend a fellow Marine's funeral service this week- I needed help getting an arrangement delivered to a Veteran's service last minute, and Van Buren was so helpful and accomodating. They helped me select something in our budget and wrote the names of all the men that weren't able to attend the service, so they were able to show their love and support without being there. This meant a lot to my father so thank you, and thanks for the photo of what's being delivered as well, so he can pass it along to the guys.

Van Buren Florist was amazing and so accommodating. I had a few last minute floral arrangements for the cemetery and they made sure that the flowers picked for arrangements were open and beautiful. They did their best to get the arrangements there by the time I needed them there.

BEYOND HORRIBLE! Ordered flowers online for a funeral service. The family had to notify me that they did not get delivered. The florist made ZERO attempt to call either the number provided for contact or email me that their was delivery problems. Had the family of the deceased not mentioned that the flowers never showed up we would of never known. Sure when I called I got a refund and a list of excuses. If you ask and are provided contact information use it. There is no excuse for this to happen in any situation, especially not for a funeral service, that is just hitting below the belt. Zero respect for this company. If I could leave zero stars I would.

Just an update .... I also sent a message via IG to the store. I have followed them admiring their work! Great response time and excellent service recovery !! They offered to replace my wilted VDay flowers My husband went in store Friday to buy my Valentine flowers a little early so I could enjoy them longer. He noticed the roses were very opened and asked if they had fresher arrangement, the clerk said she could make a new one but they were all bought in the same day so none of them would be any different. Friday they were nicely arranged, and looked good. Unfortunately they didn't even live thru VDay despite water changes and the flower food... today they are all wilted and the petals are falling.

I ordered this arrangement last minute for a friend.It was the end of the day but they made it happen! I couldn't be more pleased with Van Buren Florist and Apothecary. The staff was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to get my order delivered same day. To say my friend was pleased is an understatement. The flowers arrived beautifully arranged and fresh. I will definitely order from them again and highly recommended them.

Beyond words!! Ordered online for a funeral delivery. Flowers never delivered. Family reached out and asked about it so I called and they issued a refund. But admitted they made ZERO attempt to contact me when their was a delivery issue. HORRIBLE!! This was for a funeral service, so felt even more like a let down.

DO NOT USE!! I ordered online for a funeral delivery. Had the family not told me I would have never known the flowers were NEVER delivered! They made no attempt to contact me via phone, text, or email to tell me they were having delivery issues. There is NO EXCUSE when you have contact information to not use it. When I called to ask about it she was apologetic but agreed they did not try to contact us and then offered a full refund, which of course was the right thing to do, but WHY did they not contact us when there was a problem or issue the refund right away, so I would of been able to adjust. HORRRIBLE!!

Overpriced. Recommend by Riverside National Cemetary other florist in area familiar with miltary service time line. We went thur willow branch florist she showed up early at Cemetary, flowers looked great they all cost the price she quoted for 1 spray.

I ordered flowers last minute after the store had closed for the Christmas holiday's. I was so blown away when they called me saying that they could deliver same day on her way home from work since they would be closed until Jan. 3 rd. !!! My 85 year old aunt was so appreciative of my gift to her . The service here goes above and beyond. Thank You So Much!!!!! Merry Christmas!!!

Here is the arrangement we received. We selected to have the salute of duty standing spray arrangement and paid for the premium version as well as added these ribbons for $10 each. The whole thing was $259. There are a couple reasons I didn't rate particularly high.... The first was that their website didn't allow me to pay. So I emailed all the details of what we were looking for and still didn't hear back so I called the next day, got a voicemail and someone did call back to take our info and we placed the order. While we were getting in procession at the cemetery, their delivery person comes and delivers the arrangement to our car. The cemetery representative said this was unusual and that other florists usually deliver flowers to the covered area the funeral would take place. And I would expect that as it seems strange to have the grieving family now have to juggle the flowers while driving to the funeral spot. Lastly, I was underwhelmed by what is considered premium flowers. The stand also broke before we even got home, poor quality. We received another arrangement from a different florist (who did deliver to the funeral site) that someone had sent, and the flowers lasted twice as long and the arrangement was quite full. I don't know how much the other arrangement cost, but when we paid for the premium arrangement I expected more. We did have 6 roses in ours, maybe that was the price difference? But if that's the case we would have bought the lowest version for $50 cheaper. You be the judge. Here is their picture, and our once we got it to our home and fixed the stand.
