Absolute horrible place to go. The "I just work here female dog lady" didn't bother explaining anything about their services, it was "just sign here if you want your dog to be seen and we'll charge you thousands." Thankfully another patron was there and told us there was another option that was much less costly. It took me the same amount of time to be seen as another pet owner that paid that fee. Total scam, not to mention that their X-rays were so abnormal and said my dog was gonna die if we didn't wanna pay even more thousands to keep them overnight.

This establishment must be permanently closed down due to the tragic incident involving the loss of our beloved pet. It is evident that this place is unfit to continue operating, and I sincerely hope that the responsible individual loses their license to practice. We entrusted this establishment with the care of our precious baby during a routine spay operation, and the betrayal of that trust is deeply distressing. I implore all animal lovers to refrain from seeking their services and to heed the numerous negative reviews that highlight the abysmal conditions of this place. I intend to lodge a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and explore legal avenues to address the negligence that led to this heartbreaking outcome. The most distressing aspect of this ordeal was the lack of privacy and compassion shown to us when we returned to see our dog. We were denied the opportunity to grieve in solitude, and to add insult to injury, we were offered another dog as a replacement. Our sole desire was to reunite with our beloved pet, and we placed our trust in this woefully inadequate establishment to care for her. She was a healthy English bulldog of two years, and the procedure was intended to improve her quality of life, not to result in her untimely demise at the hands of an incompetent doctor and clinic. Despite their offer to cover the cost of cremation, our lack of trust led us to seek alternative arrangements for her final farewell. Even the individual who collected her remains confirmed that he frequently retrieves animals from this establishment, further exacerbating our concerns.

When I saw the clinic and the staff, I was suspicious of the quality and treatment, but the sterilization of my cat was a good job and the recovery was very good and fast.

0/10 Unfortunate Experience I initially chose this vet based on positive ratings, but I regret not exploring further. As a first-time kitten owner, my disappointment grew when my kitten got sick. After being diagnosed by an ER vet (for a separate issue), I sought treatment at Van Buren Animal Hospital because I was told to go to my vet. The antibiotics administered at Van Buren Animal Hospital were priced significantly higher than online options. The lack of a clear diagnosis, coupled with an incorrect prescription for suspected uveitis, left my kitten's condition worsening. The vet refused to look at my kittens eyes and told me "it will go away and it's only because he isn't feeling well that's it". The response from the vet, dismissing my concerns about the suspected uveitis and illegible medical records, was disheartening. I was told "that's just doctor handwriting so i don't know what to tell you" by the nurse. Fortunately, I sought a second opinion elsewhere, and my kitten was TESTED and diagnosed and is now receiving proper care. A frustrating experience that left me questioning the quality of care provided here. I was told by my new vet that my kitten would've become blind and would've needed to have his eye removed had he not been diagnosed properly earlier. pet owners beware

They always take care of my Frenchie. I recently got another Frenchie out of a series of unfortunate events for her owner she was given up. The vet actually let me know she was 2 months older then I was told thru his assessment small but good to know because now I know she is probably getting her first period sooner than I thought and I wasnt prepared at the time now I am

The worst experience I have ever had, the Doc. She is the same one who treated me on another day that I went about 4 months ago, and she gave me the same results that they charge a lot of money $860.00 for a lab, and serum, and I went to another veterinary and they charged me 120.00 and another diagnosis, no different, please do not expose your animals to go to that clinic
