Was referred by a coworker to Suzanne. She was booked up, so they referred me to Martha. I said i needed someone knowledgeable of railroad and they assured me she was. She is not! I am Still waiting to hear back from Martha on my taxes! Had an appointment on April 16 and needed to send additional paperwork. Emailed the paperwork to her and haven't heard from her. I've called and left several messages for her and she has yet to get back to me. Go elsewhere for your tax needs

I tried calling their office on the days I needed to make an appointment in order to file my taxes, but so far, I haven't received any response from then through the phone. Usually, their office is closed, what is going on? I have been going to them for at least 5 years, but now I feel like they aren't there. Not even to remind you of an upcoming appointment.

They probably won't post my review that I completed on their website, so I will also put it on yelp. I call their office for assistance and Valencia answered the phone. After giving a high spirited greeting and asking how she was doing? Valencia responded with "Fine. How can I help you"? However, with a side of wtf you calling for in her tone. I went on to inquire as to the services I was seeking and Valencia then said, "Yes, but she's busy and I'm not sure when she would be able to do them". I said, "she" who? Valencia said, "Susan". First, if you "don't know" why would you attempt to answer the question? Second, You could have allowed me to speak with Susan directly. Third, you could have simply offered to take a message and have Susan return my call to respond for herself. Although, phone calls are never returned. Furthermore, if you don't feel like answering the phone let it go to voicemail it's the same thing because you're not going to call back anyway. Thank you for for-warning me of the type of work and service you provide. The impression you give can be everlasting. I truly don't mind taking my money and business elsewhere. I was one of Susan's first client's when she started doing taxes and was very proud of the fact that she went from assisting to being a tax preparer herself. How unfortunate that I was not able to speak with her today.

Received Excellent service from Jose at Valencia Tax Service had 8 year old state taxes due to never filing them for 2 years when things went Down hill for me He helped us out and only had a small fine to pay and then a Return check showed up for the next year I highly recommend Valencia Tax Service

It's a terrible service, they never answer, I paid them for their service in advance four months ago and I still haven't heard back. Martha started preparing my taxes and left everything unfinished. They made me another appointment with another person and when I spoke to confirm that appointment she answered me. A very rude person told me that he was not responsible for the appointments and he simply hung up on me, I do not recommend this place at all...

The first time i completed my taxes here, Martha helped me and it went great. Fast and friendly customer service.
I contacted her on Jan 19 and asked if she could help me this year with my taxes and she said yes, i sent her all my information and on Feb 4th she asked my to call her. I did but no contact with Martha. Since then i have been trying to talk to her about my forms but no luck. Made my appointment today for an over the phone but never got a call. I called and the people who answer sound annoyed. I went somewhere else.

Excellent and professional service. Martha found an error my previous tax preparer made... because of finding that error we will now have a $3,500.00 tax return from the IRS !

DONT COME HERE IF YOUR EXPECTING A FAT TAX RETURN, I ENDED UP OWING AND I ONLY MAKE 13 AN HOUR.ALSO THEY DONT ANSWER THE DOOR THEY WILL SEE YOU AND IGNOREYOU WORST TAX EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFEALL THESE REVIEWS BELOW ME ARE TRUE PLS STAY FAR AWAY.

It’s a shame, I’ve been coming here for years but this time around it was a total pain.Was given an appointment for May with Suzanne after calling for weeks, called today to verify the date, first I was told I was never on the schedule and then told me my appointment had already passed. They never called me or anything.Wish I would’ve gotten the name of the person who made the appointment.

I been trying to contact with Martha for about 4 months and she's never available or never there or never call back... The last time I call i was trying to see if someone else can help me but Jose just hang off the phone really rude so I don't know what happened there because they use to be a great place but now is the worst service... If they can't provide the service they should be honest and let us know...

I was recommended by a client of mine to Martha so I made an appointment and went definitely worth the wait! Absolutely recommend this place Martha was very helpful and very nice definitely coming back to her from now on for my taxes they are very helpful and great customer service!
