“This was A difficult 5 star. Almost didn't buy from Riverside Dealer. If it was not for Daniel intervening and taking action almost 2 hours after I got there. So, I called to set, and appointment and Daniel booked it for 2pm. I wanted to see a 2024 Silverado with 9,000 miles. When I got there Daniel introduces herself and handed me over to a sales rep. (forgot the guy's name) and told him what truck I had inquired about. He grabbed the keys and took me to test drive it, but I soon realized it had the 2.7 turbo engine (Something new to me in a big truck) I was not convinced of it and asked to see a similar truck with a 5.3 but no 4x4. we walked the Lot back and forth a few times and he tries putting me on a Z71 (nice truck but not convinced that it was the right truck for me) I liked the 5.3 and power but no need for a 4x4. So, I asked him if he can show me a LT with no 4x4. He had me walk back and forth on the lot and he was getting frustrated, he said he did not have anything like I was looking for and continued pushing me on Z71. By this time it was well over 100 degrees temperature, so I told him I needed a water break and cool off inside. We sat inside and he brought us water and introduces us to another sales rep. This gentleman was new to the dealership and showed me another truck, but it had the 2.7 turbo and for the first time he explained the features and tech of the truck. I made it clear that I did not want a 2.7 and he took me back inside. It was hot! at this point I was on hydrate and go home for the day mode, I told them they don't have what I'm looking for and not buying today. I'm just resting and cooling off from the heat and I'll be on my way. This when I notices that two sales reps were chatting and went back to Daniel, at which point Daniel came to me and sat down and asked he how I was doing and took her time asking me what I was looking for in a truck and how I was going to use it and what color, features I would like...etc. She said hydrate and wait right here will look up the truck and see if we can find one in our inventory for you. A few minutes later she came back with another sales rep and walked me into an office where they searched for the truck I was looking for. They said please sit here and we will bring it to the front for you to see. It was not 5 minutes, and the truck was sitting Infront of the lot. I checked it out and it was Exactly what I was looking for. Finally, after 2 hours.
From there the Process was Smooth negotiations were fast and fair and financing was fast and efficient. I saw the other two sales reps bickering and saying they wanted to split commissions with the 3rd rep that helped me and that was not nice to see as a customer. Especially when they were not helpful, but that's your problem. I got my truck. Thank you, Daniel.
Hope you can Coach your sales reps a bit better.”

“While I have not purchased a car here, I do give 5 stars for this dealerships transparency, HONESTY, and upfrontness. I have wasted so much time with all these other dealers who promote one price on the internet, but then you go there and they want to add $2000 to the price for a "dealer fee" or $2000 for a "security tracking system" (that you didn't ask for nor need), or they want to charge $1200 for paint protection... these are all gimmicks and a waste of a buyer's time. This dealership is SUPER TRANSPARENT with their pricing up front and don't waste your time. Seriously THANK YOU for that!”

“Had a very good experience with CarMax in Riverside. I found the perfect car and had it shipped down from Colorado and it arrived quicker than expected. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was extremely friendly, and my sales rep, Fernando, explained everything to me really well. The whole process of showing up, signing paperwork, and getting my car took about an hour and a half, and likely would have gone quicker if I didn't have issues with some of my documents on the website (but I brought copies of everything in which helped keep it from being a super long ordeal; it was certainly faster than when I purchased my previous car from a dealership which took over 2 hours). I would definitely do business with this location again.”

“Absolutely amazing experience!!! I didn't find AutoXit... they found me! I had a car listed on OfferUp and I didn't quite have the title in hand yet since I recently had paid off the car after leasing it. Alicia reached out and explained who she was and that she works for AutoXit.I told her the situation and she said she had no issues handling it. This answer gave me the idea of asking if they are also able to buy vehicles that are still under lease since I had another vehicle I no longer wanted to make payments on, and she said yes! I was skeptical and thought it was some sort of scam at first. So I asked her to give me a call and she explained everything to me in detail. Although she was clear and had a perfect answer to all my questions, I still had my doubts since I was told by other dealerships that buying from Hyundai or Kia finance was "impossible".I had also told Alicia that I had pretty good offers from Carmax and that I just needed to get the title for the vehicles before they could buy it. She told me that if I can show her the offers in writing, that she would beat it. So, I showed her, she came back with better offers and I agreed to meet with her.She drove all the way from the OC area to come to the Northridge area and totally came prepared! She had all the necessary documents as well as cashiers checks in-hand.After doing her due diligence in checking the cars to make sure I wasn't lying about anything, she had me review and sign documents from DMV, as well as power of attorney and before I knew it, she had bought both vehicles from me and had people with her to drive them back with her.I waited to write this review to make sure the checks cleared my bank and my lease was paid off. Sure enough, I was vehicle loan free!!I can't express how smooth and easy all this was. Alicia is an MVP!! If I ever have to sell a car, I'm thinking of AutoXit first, and because of this experience, I may go to them for purchasing one too!Great job Alicia! You have a customer for life!”

“We live in Seattle, and we were looking across the country for a 2016 Boxster GTS. Riverside Direct had the right car! Dealing with Jamie was great. Riverside provides very complete information about the cars it sells - more than most sites - so you aren't forced to call, etc to get what you need. Riverside is directly connected to Dutton Cadillac so "used car dealer anxiety" wasn't an issue. We flew down and bought the car sight unseen, then drove it home on a 1600-mile road trip. The car exceeded our expectations about quality of condition (we have other Porsches). We highly recommend Riverside and Jamie - we will tag him first should we start looking for another car!”
