My wife and I went to this place today, while waiting for the Notary, the so called Manager told us to move aside without a valid explanation. One minute later the notary called us back and told her the other guy just told us to move, excused herself and said he was the boss, but not ours.
In conclusion, the so called boss, is not professional and should be smarter to understand how the customers must be treated. Bad experience overall, he is lucky I am not an unprofessional or aggressive person.

Google says you close at 6:30, the door says 6:00pm , I arrive at the store at 5:55pm and it’s closed. What a mess and a huge waste of my time.

Today they wanted to charge me $2.50 to print off a UPS shipping label because I unfortunately left it at home. No thanks. Oh and 2 years ago the passport photos they took were rejected by the passport agency.

Absolutely the worst experience the ups store. It’s totally gone down the drain. The staff is completely unorganized.
I’ve rented a box with this location for a couple years now. I’ve called to ask if mail was inside my box, only to confirm that it was. Upon my arrival, I was handed mail that was mine and someone else’s. Brittany was very helpful that day in trying to figure out what the mix up was. I was promised a call back on Monday and was reassured that my box would remain under my name, and apologized for the confusion. I received a phone call from Audrey (Thursday) where she begins to tell me that my box had been rented out to another client. As of February Although my box was placed on automatic payments. Audrey claimed they couldn’t pull a payment, and attempted to get in contact with me. She claimed they tried to reach me via email. (I literally have none) and phone calls, again no record. Needless to say although they couldn’t collect a payment from my account, my mail continued to get delivered to my box FOR MONTHS and I continued to pick up my mail. Don’t you think at some point they would stop adding my mail to the box, or even Attempt to tell me about this “non payment” as I’ve come into the store for the past several months to collect my mail.!??
All in all to resolve this problem since I’ve had this box number for years, I ask Aubrey to change the “new tenants box to another, and leave my box as is, anything thing that wasn't paid in the past, I’ll pay. She tells me she can’t, and it would be unjustified to the person who started renting the box in FEBRUARY!! I’m currently waiting for Perris to return my call with some sort of solution. All in all this location is a mess.

I’m a business man and I’m always bringing my boxes more than 26 here, and the staff are very friendly helpful and always has a smile thank you for your help

This is the second time I’ve had the issue of my notary appointment being cancelled because the notary “wasn’t scheduled for the time of my appointment”. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if they are not guaranteed to be there? Complete waste of time and unreliable. Especially when they notify you 30 mins before the appointment that it’s cancelled.

You can take your Amazon drop off spare and it only takes you a few minutes to get a receipt and you're out the door.

I come on here on a regular basis. I do Amazon returns here, I have things printed etc. I’ve always had excellent customer service.
