Horrible, horrible The pick up location where i suppose to pick up close at 1 pm, when most people still at their jobs. Why they never available to deliver at my address im starting to think just to claim they couldn't to charge for redeliver. I never ever agree for them to hold it .. Going to stop buying from merchants that use UPS Services.

Drivers do not attempt 2nd delivery of your package instead they drop them off at the access pick up point. And, they don’t even leave you a notice telling you that your package was left somewhere else, I had to call Nestle and asked them where my package was. UPS was no help in getting my product redelivered in a timely manner. UPS is getting LAZY!

Supposed to receive important package with 2 Day Air domestically, It is been 12 days and when inquired cannot get in line with any representative directly. Finally needed to reach out to sender. When Finally able to talk to someone, they mentioned they have lost the package and send me a link to initiate the claim. As a receiver I was not able to initiate the claim and again needed to follow back with sender. Now as Sender initiated the claim, still waiting to finish " Internal Enquiry" and get some status on my order. Time being I cannot Cancel/Reprocess or get refund my money. This is ridiculous. Really Frustrating.

Supposedly open 9am-1pm got there around 11:30am and not a soul in site. Literally could've went in and did whatever I wanted as all the doors are just wide open. Then Supposed to be open again at 6pm. The hours of operation are ridiculous and are in no way customer pick up friendly.

Besides the fact that they changed their open time from 8:30am to 9am, no problems.. they don't give out any receipts, just scan for acceptance..

I had a package coming from New Mexico and it has been sitting at this facility for 2.5 days for some reason. Does it really take 5 days to deliver a package from New Mexico. The usps gets your packages delivered a lot faster. If you sell online, don't use UPS they are slow and inefficient.
