An employee there was super snappy at me. But I went high. She went low I went high. Customers shouldn’t have to pacify employees n employees shouldn’t have to pacify customers. In a nutshell, this is why we cannot get along on this planet. Come at people ALWAYS with a neutral (or if u can manage it, positive) energy. My gosh if your cush, air-conditioned job at posh Canyon Crest irks u this much, maybe u should give r/worldnews a browse. You will find that life is a borderline waking nightmare (or not even borderline) in many—too too many—places on this planet. Might help you get in a better headspace. You are lucky to have that job in that store. For real.

Phoned to ask if they had a Notary onsite .They assured me someone was there .I TOLD them I was on my way. Got there in 15 minutes and they told me a notary was not available !!??
The only other time I did use their notary they did it wrong and I had to return to rectify.
I recommend Postal Annex!

BEWARE OF THERE SCALE. They're scale with no weight starts at 0.2 oz. I understand this is not a lot but if you are close to be over a pound this put you at another tier to pay. The two girls working when I bought this to their attention they stating they will tare it to zero for the next paying customer as since I was doing returns that it didn't matter. If this is the case, why is each packaged weight during scanning. But the guy before me paid $91 in shipping but they didn't tare the scale for him if so it wouldn't have been off during my turn. I questions their integrity and are they trying to scam customers? Why were they so reluctant to tare it when I asked, if it didn't matter? I will definitely not be returning to this location as the one female employee ignored my concern while the other one who wasn't helping me was popping an attitude.

Stop charging for tape! Only ups store that charges for tape that I’ve been to, in addition I understand charging to print a label but it should be $1 not $2. Rip off

This is the most stupid place to send any package! I don't know why they r called UPS. I paid for priority shipping within the state, then later find out that they sent my envelop via USPS, and u never know if your envelop will be delivered, seriously! U can never reach them on phone! Even if you visit the site. Horrible experience! zero star given!

Great customer service and very friendly employees.
Store manager and the associates are very helpful, curtious and professional. Their service is exceptional all year especially during the holiday times of the year.
They even check my mailbox when asked when I forget my key!

This is the 4th UPS Store that we have had. We've been w/this store for about 7 years now & my husband & I have always been greeted w/a smile & respect! I like that store # 0640 gives our young people job opportunities, BC God knows how hard it is out here today for our young adults trying to get their lives started! We have NEVER had missing mail or package! No "porch pirates" here. They do a very good job taking care of our items. It may be asmall store, but it definitely has a true family feel !

Great customer service, friendly, knowledgeable about options, delivery times,etc. Unlike post office, never lost a parcel with ups. Head & shoulders above location. Even the notary public service & computer printing services I've used here,& got great help every time.
