This UPS hub has a thief. I had two packages set for will call at the customer center and instead of my packages being held for pickup, they were marked as delivered at the hub itself. My packages were never found. Do better, UPS Empire.

Lazy ass drivers dont know what they’re doing obviously didn’t even try to deliver my package ruined my sleep schedule to wait for a package that never came and now all of the sudden it’s lost. Bullshit. I don’t want to file a claim for a refund I want my damn package that I paid ups $10 to deliver. Never had this problem with FedEx and plan on never using ups again so I don’t have to deal with lazy drivers who don’t know how to do their jobs. Acting like it’s rocket science or something. at least FedEx will just drop it off at a location for you to pick up if they miss you on the first day. And now they can’t find my package but they were able to keep track of it any other time. I definitely wouldn’t use this service if you run a business.

Lousy delivery, per UPS "when no one is home, package is supposed to be left in a safe place". Mine was left out in the open. It was stolen, I filed a claim and 2 days later the driver came to my door. Why is the driver taking care of this? and not a UPS representative? The driver said the amount ($31.00) was too small and UPS won't pay that. Even when UPS called me, the lady said it was the drivers responsibility, it should have been left in a safe place. In the past UPS delivery never rings the door bell or knock that there's a package.

You want your packages mishandled? this is the company to go with. My delivery was between 12-4pm. They then changed it to 2-4pm well at about 11:30 in the morning I’m sitting at work and I get an alert that my package was delivered. How? I don’t know because a signature was required. It was a diamond necklace. On top of that I’m guessing my door was to far because their driver decided to leave it right a my gate. Not once did they ever step foot onto my property to check to see if the gate was unlocked. The worst part about it is I had a diamond necklace in the package.. thanks for handling my package with care and forging my signature!! Look at the pictures i posted… The sad part about all this is nothings gonna happen to the driver, and UPS is going to continue getting away with stuff like this!!

I dropped off something at the UPS Customer Center in Riverside ( next to the Humane Resource office, and the gentleman behind the counter was busy. But I must add that he was attentive, pleasant, courteous and professional. A true asset to the company.

Everyone with small print contracts and most of us ignore it. When ups is going to pawn your package off to the postal service this should not be in small print. They should make it very clear that since the feds bully that UPS now gives a lot of its packages to the postal service. This isn’t just for small towns that UPS doesn’t visit often enough they do it to me and I’m in Southern California. They probably have 5 ups trucks in my city every day but still let the postal service in on it.
