Came in today to do my TSA Pre-Check, and had fast friendly service. We already filled out the pre-enrollment paperwork online, so when we came in to the store today, our passports were scanned, we were fingerprinted, and pictures our were taken. Maybe 10 minutes total for both my husband and I. As for the rest of the store, we just breezed through, but the store was clean and everyone was friendly.

Hello world! As a regular DIY'er me and my fiancé go to Staples. When we're in the area we go to this location in Moreno Valley. Not just once, but EVERYTIME we have went we haven't had good customer service. The location is clean and big but that's where the positives end. For example, we brought in laserjet printing paper to print some wedding design on. We've done this multiple times at the Riverside location. We showed the cashier the packaging and receipts of our transactions in the past. She was unconcerned and told us to go elsewhere. After a long day at work, I just wanted a minimal amount of care or energy towards my request. Furthermore, their inventory always seems to be out of stock. If it's printer ink, toner, or human decency, they are out of it. If you want anything for your personal or business needs done in a professional manner, PLEASE go to the Riverside Staples location. Don't waste your time at the Moreno Valley location.

Thinking of getting TSA precheck then I highly recommend this location. Simple, easy, breezy ...no, not cover girl but TSA precheck complete. Make this process simple and schedule here and you'll see what I mean.

The store had the supplies we needed for school at very affordable prices. All supplies totaled less than $50. The staff members acknowledged us immediately as we walked in the door. The missing star is because the place smells musty. Weird smell.

Amazon return is horrible. One computer. Waited 25 minutes for one girl to finish with the lady in front of me. Go to kohl's. What's a joke

Brought my Amazon package here to return it they are located inside of staples and when I arrived they said they couldn’t take it because I needed a barcode I had a QR code that Amazon provided for the return but they said they couldn’t take that I had driven out to this location specifically and called ahead of time to make sure they would take my return and I was informed that yes they could but they should specify and say they only take barcodes wasted time and gas

I really like Staples. I've been shopping at this location for over 9 years. Honestly, printing isn't expensive unless you're looking to get full color. It's funny to see that some negative reviews only gave one star when after all they DID receive good customer service in the end. I've always been helped when I've needed it. It's no Best Buy to have so many associates on the floor, and if something doesn't work, it sounds like Staples does a good job in providing good customer service. But then again, I do my research before I buy things, that includes reading reviews, so I know what to expect. And whoever hasn't worked at a retail store, though it seems most stores keep their layout, there's some things that need to be moved around. Its for selling purposes. In all, I haven't had a bad experience and Staples is my number 4 store to shop at. It was #3 when my child had school projects. It is placed technically in Moreno Valley, what else do you expect.

Mark that works in the printing center, made my experience with printing my sister in law's funeral programs so easy. He went above and beyond to help. It's employees like him, that are an asset to any company. I'm truly grateful for his assistance, patience and professionalism.
