I brought my car in for a wash and they brought back my vehicle to me damaged. When I pointed out the damages to person who washed my vehicle as well as the manager they tried to cover it up and stated that the damages occurred before I brought my vehicle into get it washed which is false because I would have heard the undercarriage dragging and I would have noticed it before I brought it into the shop. They also stated they have nothing in their car wash facility that could cause the damages but the damages occurred on the divers side of my vehicle that they use for there automatic lanes. They also refused to provide me with their insurance information and now I am being held liable for my deductible to get the damages repaired because they are not accepting liability.
ALSO THEY CLAIM IN THERE REPLY THE POLICE REVIEWED THE CAMERA FOOTAGE AND FOUND THAT IT WAS AN OLD SCRATCH BUT WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED IS THE POLICE LEFT STATING THAT SINCE UNIVERSITY AUTO SPA WOULD NOT ALLOW THEM TO SEE THE CAMERA FOOTAGE THEN THEY COULD NOT LEGALLY FORCE THE BUSINESS TO DO SO. ALSO IF YOU GUYS GENUINELY BELIEVED THAT MY CAR HAD AN OLD SCRATCH ON IT WHY WOULD YOU REFUSE TO SHOW THE CAMERA FOOTAGE TO THE POLICE.

Yes they hand wash my car and it looks ok, however you can tell they clean it with whatever cheap products they had, i have a black car and my regular does great on washing my car and always comes out clean so streak or spots, came to this place because my guy was out of town and guess what. A lot of streaks and spots. Especially with the front and back windshield

I can't say I would recommend University Auto and spa. I went here like I normally do for a manager special, which on a 2-door hatchback is a "maximum of a 45-minute job" manager said himself which because their staff went against their normal protocol with older vehicals where they drive the car through then get out they locked the keys in the car which caused me to sit there with no compensation for almost 2 hours and then in the process of getting into the vehical they proceed to yank on the driverside handle and now it is difficult to open and somehow lose, scratched and put dents in my door, because they dont have proper tools and have old bare metal tools and have zero care unless you start making it a public issue, and be warned they do not care about old or classic vehicals unless it is a expensive vehical and you become a issue to their businesses. They tried to argue that because a faded sign that is hardly readable they weren't in the wrong for the damages because they dont know how to use the tool properly. Safe yourself the money and time go somewhere else seriously you will regret it if you come here

Better off washing your own car (or find another place) horrible place quality is bottom of the barrel and to make it clear, this is not 100% hand wash this is running through the machine and dry it after, you don’t believe me just go see for yourself. 100% hand wash is parked car and doing a full wash with a hose Not shortcutting it through a machine That may or will cause damage to your car!!! Looks like I am not the only one with car damage to front left bottom by tire.

Can’t say I would recommend University Auto Spa. When the car was finished it still had bug guts all over the front end. Didn’t look like any attempt was made to clean them off. Also large missed areas on top of the car. I realize this was a basic wash for $33. Still you are paying extra for a hand wash. I don’t expect perfection but this wasn’t even a halfway decent job. I can’t even imagine paying $200 for full detail. And the idea of getting a ceramic coat at this place is laughable. I asked them to do a little better with the bug guts and they said it would be an additional $15. I’d recommend looking elsewhere

Made a visit for a wash this week and ended up leaving before the wash. I pull up and see the new prices. WOW. a basic wash $30? Next level up $35. Mid level wash $40 to $45?
As I'm standing there looking at the prices the attendants now show up with a tablet to collect your information name email etc. Yea? No. Then he proceeds to inform me that that the first 3 wash pkgs will have little to no interior cleaning or detail. I would have to purchase the $45 or $49 wash pkg for quality interior cleaning and wipe down.
So the pkg at $40 plus tip I'd be paying nearly $50. Too rich for me.

We went to the car wash and requested the managers special. We had to kindly ask the detailer to remove the dirt on the bumper and to clean the windows. When we got home the truck had a lot of smears and spots.

This was the worst detailing of my car ever I payed for the managers special and I guess it doesn't come with vacuuming or washing the windows or wiping down the interior the outside was still even dirty so the only thing I saw that they did was blow out the dust in my car I wouldn't go there if you want your car washed

They broke my front windshield and told me that maybe it was like that when I arrived and I told them to see the cameras but they changed it to maybe it’s too hot and the glass broke by itself ?
They were so friendly when I arrived but when I told them everyone ignored me and went inside so I follow them and asked what they going to do about it and one of them told me : I can google some information that says that glass can break when it’s too hot ?
Anyway, I would not be going back,

This is my go to, they always get the job done and the owner is very cool and the staff as well. I definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a fresh wash for your baby at reasonable price's.

Please do not go here. The owner tries to scam you with up-charges. For context I have been to this car wash before, but the second time I went the owner said my car was too low to go into the machine so it had to be “specially washed” and charged an additional $20. I said that I have been there before and he told me to “listen or leave.” Owner thinks he can just do what ever he wants. Please never go here.

Prices are ridiculously high. $30 for a basic wash and they won’t even wipe down your dashboard. If you want any interior work done you’ll need to spend $50+. Final results were also not impressive. Avoid this place if you can
