Everything great about this place but the responsiveness. I have to call him 20 times for them to pick up once. If they fix that issue then it's a five star.

In the beginning, I thought this place had excellent customer service. I've been calling many times to ask if they had in stock some material I needed and yet they can't answer the phone. I called during their business hours but no none picks up the phone. This place is like a distribution center where they supply customers with material that are needed. They should be able to pick up the phone once it rings because not everyone has time to drive to this place.

Eric at Riverside Ornamental is absolutely AWESOME. We had a wrought iron project requiring precision detail so he bought new equipment to do the work and, when another project of his went longer than expected, he had a wrought iron working friend do the job for us. I have not encountered this type of service in a long time, if ever. Eric responds to emails immediately and is super easy to work with. I recommend Riverside Ornamental without reservation and 100 percent!

We get product from Riverside Ornamental on a weekly basis. Every one there is very helpful. Eric, the President of the company, is very helpful and friendly. Their prices are very affordable.

This supplier simply has the best price on everything rather you want a single latch or 500 sticks of steel they are more fair then any supplier we call to price check. Welding wire and hardware is priced really good too
