If you are trying to get your monthly services cancelled, make sure to call in. Don’t bother sending an email or a contact us because they don’t use that. According to the person that helped me today over the phone, they don’t check that and she’s not sure why it’s still online. I sent in my cancellation request weeks ago and thought it would be resolved. I checked my bank account on 10/15 randomly and saw a charge from them again. The person that helped me on the phone today said the owners don’t provide refunds and they have been instructed to not give refunds, all they could offer me was the month of service (that I paid for). I told her that I don’t live in the area so I would like a refund and she said it would take awhile for the owners to get back to me. The person on the phone was very helpful, but the owners suck. Even in their review responses, it’s obvious they don’t read them and dgaf.

Do not apply for membership here. Lots of charges on purpose. Never resolved. Do not apply for monthly membership I had manager cancel my account. Last month. Found out they are still trying to take out payment. This is a scam by the company.
