The facility itself is 5 stars. However, the sales associates make it a 1 star. Specifically, Ashlyn, if you don't like your job as a sales associate, you should probably ask your management to switch you to the back where you can stock or avoid human interaction. Several times, I caught her rolling her eyes when I was trying to explain the difference between the straightners I wanted to return and exchange. I hope you take the advice I gave you. If you are going to roll eyes at least do it right and / or try to hide it. Or maybe find another job ?

Felt safe being there, as there was a friendly security at the door. Staff were nice and knowledgeable.

The only reason I give this place a 2 is because the store itself didn't look too bad. Went in recently to claim my birthday gift. I shop at Ulta every so often but on this occasion I just went for that purpose because I happened to see the store, so I decided to go claim my gift. The lady that helped me Briuana (name on the receipt) was not friendly, no smile, seemed irritated and like I was wasting her time. She showed me like 8 small/sample items to chose from. Of course I took a few moments (about 1 minute) to see what the items were. It's not my fault Ulta has various items as opposed to Sephora's 3 choices (which are way better than Ulta's gifts btw). And this girl was annoyed and rolling her eyes. I guess she forgets that she applied there, and chose this job in retail/customer service. But the service she provided (and her attitude) was a bad one. I'm just 1 person, so I know companies and employees don't care, but I would rather visit another Ulta location than come back here and spend my money.
Don't need a fake apology or response, just give your staff some better customer service training.

This my favorite Ulta store, however I was dissatisfied upon my last visit. More specifically with the cashier Khaila. Once I got to the register, she gave me no type of hello or greeting. She began to talk to her nearby coworker about wanting to go on break. As someone who works in customer service, I always make sure to thank them and tell them to have a great day. Therefore I did so to Khaila, and she didn’t even say thank you or seem to acknowledge what I said. Very unprofessional.

My wife's birthday, mother's day. Ashlan was the name of the woman. She didn't want to be there. Just strait rudness, short answeres to my wife's questions. My wife said she didn't know how to redeem the code so she tried to show the woman her phone and she just went " you want pimple patch or face scrub?" And rolled her eyes. I spoke to the manager about it. I hope she finds a job she likes working.

Been to a number of Ulta stores and this one had the worst customer service. I asked for help finding a product that was listed online as in store for pickup and they had me walking in circles to find it before saying that the website is just frequently wrong about what is in stock. Then they told me the product I was looking for wasn't what they liked and they could recommend other products. They don't seem to understand that some products work better for different people and were dismissive of the fact that this particular product was what worked for me. Also wanted to redeem a free birthday gift and found it in store only to be told they couldn't redeem it for me. Decided to just leave at that point and go to Sephora.

I am very sad writing this. I usually have a very good experience at this location. I went there the other day and was minding my own business when one of the salesgirls came up to me and asked me if I needed help finding anything. I was looking for Vitamin C and Hyaluronic Acid serums. She immediately took me to the "expensive" part of the store before even asking me what type of products I usually use. Told me if I do not use a very expensive product I basically do not care about my skin. Told me she uses Drunk Elephant, but it is "very expensive" and "this much a bottle". Ok. I didn't ask about that. And good for you that you want to spend that kind of money. Then finally asked me what I use. I told her the product, (that they carry!!) and she told me "Uuuuuu. That stuff is really bad. It is going to destroy your skin if you keep using it. You should invest and spend the money on a product that will not eat away at the layers of your face". Ok. One. Not necessary to say it will "destroy" my face. Two. Do not guilt trip your customers into "investing" in themselves. I am. That is why I am here and not at Walmart buying a bottle of Aveeno, calling it face lotion and calling it a day. Three. The product I said I use; you guys carry and have a large display of!! How does she know I do not have some type of investment in that company, and she just insulted them to my face!! This will not stop me from shopping at this location. As I stated I USUALLY have a pleasant experience there. Just this woman was not professional and made me question if I really cared about my skin care routine. Not cool!!

Got my NARS foundation today one of my go to’s! Also got a cute Morphe palette. Was in search of Ulta black eyeshadow but was told they were out and was then pointed towards the morphe palettes. I found the perfect black shade along with some other cute colors. Love this place everyone’s so nice and helpful! The store was clean! I was in and out. Process was easy!
