“Miguel and his team did a great job with my RAM 1500. Prior mechanic bailed in the job and left me in a pinch. I spoke with Miguel’s front desk on Friday, made an appointment for Monday, picked up my truck on Tuesday.
They repaired a snapped bolt on the exhaust manifold and replaced the gasket. Everything feels solid and the truck is running great.

You can do this on the phone or drive up. They seem to always have a line of cars ahead of anyone even if you have an appointment. Keep in mind that some classic car parts are hard to get. So don’t expect your car to be done the same day unless of course if it’s something minor like a simple everyday mechanical fixed or tune up which is quick. Everyone with a classic car in the inland empire knows about this place. Simply because they are good at what they do.”

After a negative experience at a previous Mercedes-certified shop -- where it took over a month just to replace a brake line (a job that should realistically take no more than a couple of days) -- I was hesitant to trust another dealership. But I'm truly glad I gave this one a chance. From the moment I arrived, Ross Geiger went above and beyond. His communication was clear, consistent, and professional. He was thorough in explaining the process and set honest expectations from the start. It's rare to find someone committed to delivering a smooth and stress-free experience, and that made a huge difference for me. The actual work -- engine mount replacements and fixing a leaking cylinder with a new seal and O-ring -- was completed within three days, which was incredibly efficient. The car is now running beautifully and finally feels like it's back to how it should be. This is my first Mercedes, so keeping it in top shape really matters to me. I'll absolutely be returning for future service, and I'd like Ross Geiger to be my direct contact moving forward.
