We went to buy cars a used and another brand new. Sales person took too long to even locate the used car and he couldn’t locate because the car was still in garage. Then we try to talk about prices and he called someone named Moh. That guy was so rude, I couldn’t believe. He could have said nicely that sorry that price is not acceptable or something but instead he came and start in loud tone what man you can’t get that price and he kept going. That’s very offensive. They knew I bought a car last year too from them still that rudeness……???

Had a good experience buying my Land Cruiser here, the finance guy Tony was great he wasn’t pushy trying to sell the extended warranty, it was an overall good experience.

They are superficially nice but the constant fibbing is quite the turn off. We were told by Freddie that he could get us a car at a specific price and we even called to be sure before driving there. Upon arriving there he told us that the quote he had given us was for the same model but of a different and as such that price did not apply to this one. They wanted us to pay the same price. It was a waste of our time, gas, and money. They could definitely be more honest next time.

I'm going to be honest and I want the general manager to take my opinion into account. I bought a Toyota Camry at Toyota of Orange and they gave me the option to have the maintenance service done there because I live in Riverside for the first time I took it There, the young man who helped me told me that my car already needed to change the brakes, I said, well, make the change. Well, it took me an hour and a half longer, so well, here's the worrying thing about this dealer. I had the service again, but for me, I couldn't take it. My wife wears it and wow SURPRISE!!!! He calls me and tells me, hey, they tell me that the car needs a brake change, it made me very angry ? because then either they saw my face or they wanted to see my wife's face, upset, I told them no.
Arriving home I showed my wife the bill they gave me that day and whatever I paid I will be clear and honest, this for me is a lack of respect for their clients. I always give my opinion about the places I visit and I am very honest with this because many people see this here on Google Maps.
And I'm going to say, be more honest with your customers. Toyota is a very recognized brand and this type of act leaves its image very damaged.
If anyone has suffered this, please let us know so it doesn't happen to anyone else.

Book an appointment for recall and they told me system is down after over an hour while they are processing plenty of cars. Because it's free they avoid it and focus on oil change and other profitable business.

Very pleased with the purchase of our new Highlander with Mr. Khalid Khass. He is very excellent, friendly, accommodating, and a hard worker. He deserves a promotion ? for his hard efforts! Thanks to him we got everything resolved and walked out with a beautiful vehicle that we really love!

If I could do no stars I would, complete waste of time going to Toyota of Riverside, sales person was great, however financing and upper management were absolutely terrible and shady. I would not bother going to this dealer, I truly hope that people are reading the contact before they sign because this is unethical behavior. Ended up finding an even better price at another dealer under MSRP and without the BS mark up. Shop around and avoid Toyota of Riverside unless you like to give your money away.

By far above and beyond with customer service. Finance team helped a bunch as well. Highly recommend Toyota of Riverside to anybody looking for a new vehicle purchasing with confidence and ease.
