This place use to be so god but now the costumer service sucks. You ask for something and no one wants to show you anymore they just point to a direction and that's it. You go to 4 people and none of them want to help. Lazy fuckers do better

Today we were shopping in the Plumbing department at Home Depot on Madison. It was a hot and frustrating day. While we were looking for a new hot water heater, Kimberly - Home Depot support representative - approached us asking if we needed help. We did and she stayed with us answering questions and helping us to make our final decision. She was terrific! This was the first time in dozens of visits to Home Depot for years that anyone ever approached us offering help. We usually have to hunt someone down and even then, help was not always available. Thank you Kimberly - Home Depot is fortunate to have you on their staff.

I was buying garden pots and bbq grill supplies and didn't really understand the military discounts. I was so happy when customer service helped me to set up my phone to the Home Depot app! And just checked me out in the register. Great help and service.

Please stop calling me. I am NOT another home depot. I've told you multiple times. I've blocked your number and you still leave me voicemails!

Never felt so unwanted in a store. Employees were rude and unhelpful. All they were worried about was stocking the shelves.

I often use a purchase order for the local school district. Because I teach all day, I need to come in and shop on the weekend. RARELY does anyone know how to run a PO while the Pro Desk is closed. Please train your employees!!! What a colossal waist of time

Home Depot definitely needs to do some quality control and hire staff that isn't utterly useless and incompetent. I asked an associate to unlock a power tool I wanted to buy that was inconveniently locked. This was at 9pm when it was slow. I waited for 15 minutes after asking the first time and 10 after the second time I asked for help before I decided to leave. UNLOCK YOUR GODDAMN TOOLS!!!!!!!! Sincerely, Your loyal but pissed off customer

The totally inept paint department screwed up my paint order and gave me 2 gallons of interior but I had clearly ordered exterior, considering I have the 5 other cans that they actually did somehow get right. I have my receipt, made no mention whatsoever of interior paint. She even tried to gaslight me and tell me that I ordered wrong, which is DEFINITELY not the case. Now I'm stuck with these cans of paint, on a budget and totally screwed with these cans of paint I did not order, do not need or want. Your lame policy for returns just isn't fair to us hard working customers who have supported your business time and time again. Meanwhile your slow employee just gets to go home with no consequences and my project sidelined and ruined. Please reconsider your hiring policy, you basically stole my money!

WORST HOME DEPOT EVER!! Best thing that could happen to this place is Lowes buys it.... Every-time and I mean Every-time I go doesn't matter what time of day I go they have aisles closed down. The workers don't even ask if you just need something quick or even care to assist you. They close the aisle then go off to break. The place is a mess. Parking lot is trashed and never can get a parking spot. Today was my last time going. Don't even waste your time at this dump.....

I like HD but cant give them anything more than a single star for lack of customer support. They don't answer their phones. Their phone number is listed on City of Riverside's as a place to bring old fluorescent bulbs. The phone number connects to a ringing phone. In several attempts the connection is lost. I figure that is someone getting tired of hearing their phone ring and just hangs up. Thats the perception I have.

Meiya is by far the most helpful employee I've ever encountered in any Home Depot. So polite and got my complicated returned handled quickly!! Thank you very much

I had ordered a range top online but ended up needing a full gas range instead, was helped by Martha and Fernando in appliances. They assisted with a return and was able to pick up a gas range that has been sold out everywhere for months and at a steep discount as it was the floor model. They even put a sold sign on it while I brought the range top from my house. They went above and beyond for my project.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This is our closest Home Depot and we've never had a problem but tonight it was literally the worst experience! The cashier named Cristina literally has the worst attitude ever and is super disrespectful. She seemed so miserable and decided to take it out in guests! Definitely don't understand how she's still hired there, with holidays coming up they should reconsider who they have as their cashiers who are constantly interacting with customers.

I live about a mile from the Home Depot on Madison. I drive right by there a few times a month. I'm out of patience with this store. I go elsewhere whenever I can. I needed help to cut some wood. I found three kids, two of whom were talking to the third one. Why does it take three people to put small merchandise on the self? I ask for help, they tell me they can't run the saw (I found out later this isn't true.) I keep wandering around and finally, out of pure exasperation, I go outside, where I'm not supposed to be. I see some guy in the distance and yell "hey I need help". His name was Buba I am shocked that anyone in Home Depot was as helpful as this man was. Except for Buba, this store is this way all the time. Two days ago another kid was leaning on the wall doing nothing until I ask him to show me. I guess I'm just not assertive enough, but screaming and cussing is just not my thing. i remember when Home Depot first opened ........oh how the mighty has fallen. Oh, don't bother to call the manager, he's hiding out in his/her office.

I dont understand how people can conduct a business like this. Its impossible to get any help, not because of the employees but because they never have any staff here. I waited 45mins for someone to help me order windows. That to me is just ridiculous, how can anybody treat customers like this?
