The company wanted our entire information before being able to view a home. Soical security, proof of income, bank statements and application. Was hesitant on sending information, sent the information within 2 business days. Before sending my bank statements and pay stubs I asked if the property was still available and I was going to see the home. I was told yes, the next morning I was told the property was no longer available. Not once in my concerns did they state that the property owners had been looking at other applicants. This information would have been helpful

I am very happy with my decision to go with my infinity energy as my solar provider, and I highly recommend them. While initially this was not as easy and smooth a process as I would have liked, there are a couple of people that blew me away with there customer care and willingness to go the extra mile. I had an issue with my pool permit that caused serious delays in this process. At first, I was having issues getting from step to step in the solar process because of the permit issue, and because we were trying to complete this process during the holiday season and before the end of the year when the solar credit ended. However to obstacles were being thrown my way and after the new year hit, I fully expected this process was going to be over and I would give up. However, first I received a call from Jake from customer care, and he picked the ball up and started running with it. He initially started to help me deal with the County of Riverside and we were moving pretty nicely through the process. However, we hit another snag with the county, and me and Jake were not getting through to the county, so I again thought this was a lost process. Then the night and shinning female armor appeared. Marie from the legal department called and I told her I was pretty sure I was done with getting this put it. She eased my anxiety, SHE DEALT WITH THE COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE, and she even went above in beyond in some other ways. Once Marie got ahold of my account, the process took on a different feel, and she did it with class and humor. I know have my system up and running and I really enjoy it. I highly recommend infinity because it would have been easy to say, you are having permit issues with the county and You need to get that done before you can get solar, but Marie and Jake went the extra mile and they earned trust and loyalty.

They came out pretty quick when we had had a issue with are solar panels.. It was something simple.. It was corrected in just a few minutes. They explained what I need to look at if it happens again. i heard horror stories about companies taking forever to respond to there customers.. i have no complaints....

Unfortunately, there is no zero star or less because that is the proper rating for this business. I applied to rent a house listed thru this agency, I provided them with all the documents requested. They advertise a processing time of three (3) to four (4) days for each application received. Two (2) weeks later, they still working on the application. The worst part is that they don't call you if they need something from you. When you call to check on the status of your application, then you will know what is missing. In another words, your application could be setting on their desk for weeks (maybe months, I stopped calling them once I got the other place) and no body in this fine establishment will lift a finger. Fortunately for me I had a plan B. As for these people, I'm sure they still working on the application, I wouldn’t apply thru them unless you have a least six (6) months between the moving dates, otherwise your application may not be processed on time due to the circumstances mentioned above. Thank you.

Had the best experience with Real Estate Café. Sarah and the team are responsive to inquires and easily assessable. Our building was well maintained and for the most part they did a good job selecting responsible tenets.

I am an owner of a rental property in Inland Empire. I had multiple issues with another property management co. I called The real Estate Cafe multiple times and did talk to Justin. He answered all my questions with confidence and knowledge of rental business. I am very thankful for Justin that he spent his time and tried to help me to resolve my issues regardless that I wasn't his customer. He is very professional.

I have had excellent rental experiences in the past as my husband and I own our own business and travel often. I recently signed a lease with the Real Estate Café for a property in the Menifee area. The process was super lengthy, it took over a week to get the approval. I spent money on the Application Fees and kindly made first, last and deposit. I have never been asked to make last month however didn't think too much into it and paid it without question. Before I moved in, I asked to add my son and his wife on the lease due to him graduating and needing a place to stay for a few months. I didn't think this would be a problem, however the Real Estate Café made a spectacle of the situation. Sarah acted as if I was asking for too much and said she would have to ask the owners. I received a call the next day from Justin stating they are now declining my application because the owners didn't feel comfortable renting to that many people. This was a waste of my time, however I feel I dodged a bullet as the Real Estate Café is not professional and I would rather find this out now before moving in. PLEASE BE CAREFUL with this company. All they want is money and don't care much about the family dynamic.

very poor customer service with this company. when you call & ask a question, the attitude portrayed over the phone is that i'm annoying & bothering them. told we needed a scheduled showing prior to filling out applications. showing got taken care of and app's completed & submitted for a particular property and never got a single response back at all!!!! this company is not worth your time, seriously lacking excellent customer svc. skills & follow up as well as attention to detail!!!

Justin and Sarah of the Real Estate Cafe are amazing! After countless dead ends in my home search, and needing a place ASAP, they were great and super helpful in my search for the right place. No matter what comes up, repairs, maintenance, etc on my rental, they have been quick to respond and get things taken care of when appropriate. They will forever be my go to property management team!

I see there's great reviews here, but that may be for the people looking for renters for their home. Renters please beware when these people come to your house. They'll tell you their "on your side" but they'll chase you out of your home you work hard for (even if you're a renter). We called them to schedule our home inspection. We discovered from ANOTHER property management that they need a 24 hour notice before they inspect your house. We played phone tag with Justin and he kept telling us that we would never call him. Kind of hard to call when you don't answer your phone and don't return calls in a timely fashion. They make sure not to do their part so they can evict you. Awful ethics and zero integrity.

I was super interested in this property in West Hemet close to where I live now. I inquired right away about the property. I informed them that I was ready to rent it. That I already know the floor plan and wanted to schedule an appointment to obtain the application and but down the deposit. It is now 2 weeks later I have called every other day. Never talk to the same person so message are never relayed to one another. Finally recieve a call from someine thinking i would finally be able to get the appt. Only to find out I was some how was schedule to view a property in san bernadino where i was never looking to live. I informed the women that was not the property i was interested in. It was the Only hemet location. I am then hung up on amazing customer service skills. As an insight I am in sales and following up is key. I even called back because I was this interested to only be treated rude by a completely different person. Told him the situation, instead of saying im sorry that happened to you. I got well did you want to schedule or not wow is all I can say......Not interested anymore if that is what i have to go through just to live there let alone if i did live there had would have a problem.

Sarah and the company have excellent and professional customer service. The initial showing was accommodating and the process of getting into the rental was very strait-forward with as much assistance as required was given. In December of 2013 we began renting our current home. Every issue has been handled by Sarah more prompt than could be expected. Simply, she makes the process as pain free as possible and every handyman that has been dispatched is deserving of praise, showing excellent research on the part of the company. Another think I found awesome was how genuine Sarah is. She's nice but it doesn't feel like she "has to be." It's hard to explain or describe outside of "genuine." Needless to say, Real Estate Cafe comes highly recommended.
