So easy and convenient… and friendly!Service was so great and quick resolutions to all needs and access was amazing. Service was a perfect 10. Delivery was quick and setup was with the extra fees and carry away with old items was also a fair fee. Thank you my family is so happy with our new washer and dryer set!

The Appliance Outlet has the best price-match deals with a great delivery structure. Andres is super knowledgeable and professional and really knows his business and inventory. We were looking for Forno appliances to complete our new kitchen but were having problems with stock availability online or in the big box stores. Delivery was fast and seamless to our location (Note: fingerprints on the fridge in this photo were on the protective film that we kept on during the finish-phase of our remodel; these appliances look and function beautifully)!

I bought a house and the previous owners left their refrigerator. It died a month after moving in and I needed a refrigerator immediately. My friend recommended The Appliance Outlet. I went online and found the refrigerator I wanted at a very good price. The website had text abilities so I asked some questions. Andres Rascon responded and helped me through the process. He found me the same refrigerator at an even better price and it was available for delivery the next day. Andres made everything so easy from scheduling to payment and delivery everything went smoothly. The delivery guys were professional, friendly and fast! I highly recommend The Appliance Outlet and if you work with Andres Rascon consider yourself well taken care of!! Happy with the service and my new refrigerator!!!

I will never buy an appliance from this place ever again . It was out 1st time and out last time. I've been with out a dry for 2 weeks,and in those weeks I purchased a LG dryer. I bought it on July 25 th 2023 under a week ago . When it was delivered a man hauled out old dry away in the truck and brought the new dryer into the garage. He then hold up the new gas line hose and took my updated gas hose and put it in my old dryer he hauled away. The basically stole my updated hose that he should've never took away. It was still good. He had the audacity to say that I had a gas leak in the valve in my house, which was a lie. He just never shut off the valve all the way completely he sprayed window cleaner on the gas line and said it was leaking when he went to back to his truck I tighten the valve myself and checked it and it was not leaking at all. This guy is an idiot. He likes to lie and say you have a gas leak when there's none just so they can make more money off from you . He told me he could fix it for $200. I've called back several times and transferred around from the Van Buren store back to the Downtown Riverside store on Mission Inn Avenue. No one seem to know their head from the rear end didn't even know it and want to give me the phone number to the Van Buren store, which is around the corner from my house. Last Friday I had to drive down to the Mission Inn store and pick up the dryer hose that was stolen from me. They gave me one that did not belong to me a different one I was pissed off. I've been waiting for the past week for them to return the hose and to take off the other new hose that the guy had installed when he dropped off the new dryer that he had torqued onto the new dryer too tight for me to remove the new gas pipe line from the new dryer,and to install a new gas line hose I had to pay out of my pocket to put onto the new dryer in question. I've been calling last week for someone to come out and take a look at this since they are the ones who sold it to me. No one wants to seem to take responsibility for any of their mistakes. I even called Andreas Rascon. At 95-334-4835 to inform him about his unprofessional uneducated staff everyone there likes to push the envelope to another person and no communication. I finally got in contact with Andreas and supposedly someone is going to be here today between the hours and 5 and 7 PM to take care of something that should've been taken care of last week when I bought the damn dryer from them! I should be able to get at least $70 back from the $460 plus tax I paid for the dryer for their inconvenience and their lies and the lack on communication and connecting my dryer front for me. Andreas has the audacity to tell me that one of their trucks had broken down. That is not my problem. They have two trucks just parked collecting dust at the parking lot at the Mission Inn Avenue store and location. What a lousy excuse to give, I don't care about their truck being broke down. I bought an item from them last week. I should be able to have them come to my house and be priority since I purchase something from them last week that was never installed due to the lies of their delivery driver . If they don't come and connect the dryer from me, today between 5pm -7pm today 8/31/23 Monday . I'm going to call Andreas tomorrow and have them come and pick up the damn dryer and request my cash back from him and take my business elsewhere and take him to small claims court! This place deserves no stars at allllll!. Much less any business from anyone. All they care about is a sale after the sale is done they don't give a s*** about you. here are pictures of the dryer that I've had for over a week pretty useless if I can't use it because of their fault and not installing it and line if they would installed it and use my same gas line that they stalled it wouldn't have been a problem because it was nothing wrong with the gas line from my wall or the gas line from the dryer, connecting to the gas line to the ho

Service in store was good . I paid more money to have it delivered for $35 which I live 0.6 miles away . Then more money to have it "INSTALLED" paperwork says they bring it in, take it out of the box and set it up for you and connect it to your water line . Delivery person just brought it , plugged it in DID NOT CONNECT IT TO THE WATER LINE AND LEFT . I asked if he could just switch the sides the door opens, and he said it would be an extra fee. I paid three different small fees besides the price of the refrigerator. This company is just trying to hustle their customers. Would not recommend

Excellent service ?! Tony was extremely helpful along with Osbaldo .They went beyond in giving me a great price. Also the ladies at the front desk when you walk in were hospitable, inviting, professional and had a great sense of humor. (People persons).
