Do not provide your gift cards to the cashier, Carissa. During my checkout, I provided Carissa with my gift card to use on my purchase. She then proceeded to scratch off the sticker to reveal the PIN number, but she also scratched off the PIN number. She told me that she was unable to use the gift card because she needs the full PIN to use the gift card even though Carissa is the one who scratched off the numbers with her crusty nails! The only solution that was provided to me was to call the number behind the gift card. Due to Carissa being incompetent to scratch off a sticker she has made it an inconvenience for me because I was unable to use the gift card AND now I have to call the number to hopefully get a new gift card! Carissa next time PEEL the sticker don’t scratch it off!

THIS PLACE SUCKS! I recently visited Target and was extremely frustrated with the current setup. Almost everything is locked behind glass, requiring customers to find an employee to unlock it. I had to ask multiple workers to help me get the products I needed, which was incredibly time-consuming and ridiculous.
This setup makes the shopping experience inefficient and unpleasant. Management really needs to address this issue. Either increase staff availability or reconsider locking so many products. As it stands, shopping at Target has become an inconvenience. MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO TAKE ACTION!

Awful experience trying to buy some basic necessities. No assistance provided after asking someone in person and ringing the assist button multiple times. VERY messy clothing department too. I’ll be going to other stores from now on.

I stop by here every few days on my way home mainly for sports cards or Pokémon cards! When they aren’t cleaned out they have a good selection lol

Come on target. EVERY team assistance call button are NOT working in both vitamins isle a46 and a47, a52 the mens cologne cases a26 the dental case a27. I had to call your store from the isle to ask for assistance. Please don't make it so difficult to buy products from you. I agree the cases are necessary to protect your inventory but please don't punish your customers who don't steal and just want to give you money for your merchandise.

How is this even a 4 star store. It should be a 1. The restrooms are so disgusting and sickening. They need to keep a cleaner environment here. These restrooms are just absolutely disgusting.

Everything is locked and employees are rarely available to assist. I've left many times for this reason.
Additionally, many sketchy people hanging out outside.

One of the worst targets I've been to. The store looks post-apocalyptic, and the bathrooms are disgusting. The shelving and items were dirty down certain aisles. Go to the one on Moreno Beach it's so much better.

Nobody answers the phone. Workers can answer the phone through the zebra yet they decide not to answer.

I had waited for 35 minutes waiting for an employee to open an locked case I asked at least 5 employees they all said that they would call somebody and nobody came I was very mad I left without buying anything remember this when you come here and this is not the first time this happen I do not recommend coming to this target go to the one by Eucalyptus

I needed an item that was locked, I used teo of the sensor machines to ask for help , I waited for 15 minutes and was unable to get any help, so I left. Keep this in mind when shopping here, there are no employees available to help with locked items. Not the first time I've had this issue here before.

I could give 0 stars if there was the option, I honestly don't want to return to this place to leave merchandise. No receiving person loves their job. It seems that every day they wake up on the wrong foot, hating everything they do. If you don't want to receive orders, don't order. . Jose hates this job, it shows in his face and his attitudes. Note: every time I go it is the same or even worse, I have evidence of the waiting time, photos of drivers waiting for the receiving ones to welcome us. I talked to people higher up than Jose (managers) and it seems like talking to a wall because they don't solve anything. DRIVERS who come here take note.
