Dirtiest Target I've ever been to. This location has made me believe in the "Walmartification of Target." It's as if every employee here hates being there. Stocking is awful, I always find dairy products that have been expired for at least a month. I'm also including a picture of the bathroom fire sprinkler to show the thick layer of dust.

During my visit yesterday, I had an unfortunate encounter with a staff member named Amanda. I came on a quick christmas shopping trip searching for some pajamas for my girlfriend and I, and the christmas area was a disaster. When I approached her with a question about finding the set of pajamas, her response was unnecessarily rude and unhelpful. Instead of assisting, she seemed disinterested and blatantly didn't care to help and tried to quickly dismiss me by immediately telling me to "simply order them online" rather than show me where they might be located elsewhere. It was disappointing to say the least and I certainly didn't expect this kind of attitude from someone who seemed to be of a more senior status at this location.

This target is horrible. Everything is locked up. Which is fine if you have someone to open things. Multiple times I've stood waiting for over 20 mins. Have to continuously find someone myself. But no one ever has a key. Then they give you the item and let you walk away with it. If I wanted to steal it I could still steal it even after all that. I find it classist that they put all these locked cases up in only the low income areas. Get more security OR get more employees with more keys. I'm avoiding it at all costs at this point it's so annoying.

Saturday 8:26 am, first it says they open at 7am. They didn't open until 8. Came in to try to return, as I waited and looked around and they guy said customer service was closed because they had a call out. No problem but if you have to move people around do it prior to store opening. I work retail so I completely understand but you have to make decision prior to store opening. I see a lot of people picking and doing other things. 1 cashier and 4 self check out stations not open. Wouldn't it be smarter to have that 1 cashier oversee the 4 self check outs? And the gentleman was not happy or Friendly and again, I get the frustration that happens when being short staff.

I'm a big fan of Target, but this location was disappointing. The girls clothing section was a mess, and the dressing rooms were even messier with trash on the floor. The staff was unhelpful. One dressing room area was closed - I was told because it wasn't staffed. However, the other dressing room area wasn't staffed either, and everything was locked, so we had to ask for help again to get into one of those dressing rooms, which took a while. I was extra disappointed by the lack of help given that my mom was using one of the store's mobility shopping carts, the battery was dying, and we weren't allowed to use the dressing room area where we could plug it in to charge. They didn't do anything to be helpful or accommodating.

They never answered they're phones, I don't know if it's that there literally is no one around at guest service or in their office, but I've called four times in the last twenty minutes and no answer.

This is absolutely disgusting!!!!! Every single restroom was disgusting with dirty paper on the floor, this is so unsanitary & lets not talk about the horrible customer service. Very disappointed on management!

Two entrances. For what? Ones closed. 10 registers. For what? Only 4 are open. Self check out. For what? They are all closed. Stock conditions are terrible, bunch of items locked up and you have to wait for an associate to come unlock it for you and zero employees have any sense of urgency. Good luck to this location it's being managed into the ground and turning into a Walmart.

I usually shop with eight or twelve items on my list and usually find one-half to two-thirds of them at the store. I always hope that perhaps they've improved their stock and I'll find everything--this is NOT the case. Yesterday there were five items on my list and SURPRISE, I found all of them. The only problem is that I had to wait for what seemed like half an hour for the attendant to come and unlock the case--in fairness to the store, it was probably 10 to 15 minutes of waiting time although I didn't time it. The slow-moving attendant did thank me for my patience, however. Still, that's a very long time to wait for a tube of toothpaste! Unfortunately, it seems like all Target stores have poor customer service ratings. I understand the reason for the locked cases because of all the low-life miscreants who steal and I'm willing to be patient but between the excessive waiting time and the poorly stocked shelves, I'm very disappointed with all Target stores--especially this one which is the one I usually shop. Now I've begun shopping for necessities on-line at Target and that methodology seems to be somewhat better. Good luck if you shop at this store.

Came to this Target today for a quick order pick up. However, my order pickup was not so quick. I went to the order pick up counter and stood for about 5 minutes when I finally asked a woman (WITH A TARGET UNIFORM ON) helping some women across from me at the self checkout if there was someone who was working the pick up counter. She responded as if she was annoyed "I don't know I'm off the clock I don't know" I responded "oh ok, what do you advise" and she said "I don't know call somebody I don't know who works here" I laughed and walked out switching my order pick up to drive up and someone came out to drop off my order within in 2 minutes. While I understand being off the clock she was helping others at the self checkout so I didn't understand the attitude - uniform and helping to customers indicates to me that your on the clock lol

I'd recommend this business only because it is a Target but the customer service at this location is just terrible. Terrible attitudes from many staff members

Target is the new WALMART! Please properly train your employees with attention to detail...I was chased down in the parking lot by an aggressive employee. He has the AUDACITY to ask me if I PAID.... Absolutely absurd. I'm disgusted. I ignored him in the store initially, that should have signified that I paid. Second, he should have been paying attention instead of texting on his phone. Why is he texting when he's on the clock? It is rude and unmannerly to approach a customer in that manner. Super Unprofessional and RACISTS. I bet if I weren't brown he wouldn't have come to the assumption because he wasn't paying attention to begin with. Which leads me to believe that he acknowledged he was uncertain yet proceeded to approach me because I'm brown. I question the values this organization has. I'm appalled.

Do not buy groceries from here!!! They do not check expiration dates and keep bad moldy stuff on the shelf. At first we bought pizza rolls we ate some and the next day we had upset stomach check the pizza rolls and they were 2 months expired. Thought it was a one time thing didn't think anything of it. But last week we went picked up some bagels and some fresh tortellini we placed the tortellini in freezer. The next day after we bought them we went to eat the bagels and they were already moldy. Today I went to make the tortellini and it had mold! This is disgusting and wasting our money! This store really needs to keep up with expiration dates.

I want to extend gratitude to Jordyn, I was at the store with my sister and (very) soon to be 5 year-old niece. We had three separate transactions, one which was an attempt to hide a pre-birthday gift for my niece. Jordyn was patient and accommodating of our special request. I made my purchase first, and was quickly able to take my niece out of the store without spoiling her birthday surprise. My sister was then able to make her purchase(s). Our appreciation to Jordyn for being a special accomplice! He went above and beyond to make sure the special gift went unnoticed by the birthday girl. THANK-YOU!

I guess the empty shelves are not the main issue, the customer service is,actually the lack of it. Probably lack of training? They are on their phones all the time, and no that's not my main concern, because people have families emergencies etc, but when a customer is talking to you and is totally ignored because you are on your phone or worse, with a Bluetooth and having a conversation with your pal and I am annoying you? That's when you are sure there's no management taking care of the store - a mess ( I understand not all employees are like that , I am Sure there good ones there ,but clearly the minority
