Came here with a shopping list and ended up with a cartful of good deals. I was here to get laundry detergent and cleaning supplies but as usual I like to browse every aisle and was able to get some good deals. They are currnetly having a sale/clearance on their summer apparel so I was able to score a few summery tops and dresses at a great price! I also found some cute sandals to go with these dresses. After the apprel section, I headed over to the toys sections and found a few good LEGOS for my kiddos. I know it is early to shop ahead for the holidays so I will be sure to hide these LEGOS before Santa arrives. Large parking lot and staff is quite friendly. Some of the price self check machines weren't working so I had to call some staff memebers to find out prices. Overall good shopping exerience.

I purchased two purchase two gift cards for $280 each and target does not want to refund my money because they're saying the money was loaded on the cards successfully and there's nothing they could do about it not fair I am not in Florida I am in Riverside. How did I get to Florida within minutes, people are getting scam with target gift cards and they don't care. I was in target the other day and I seen all the gift cards were gone. I wonder why shame on Target for not helping people out

I'm very disappointed as i seen today that a lady was able to purchase more than 15 bottles of formula without any problems. 15!!! I thought there was a limit to 4 per customer but the worker just stood there & watched as she bought almost half of what was on the floor.

There was a short black bald man checking me and my brother out and we greeted him very politely instead of greeting us back he asked if we wanted any bag and almost completely ignored us after we saw him greet the lady in front of her and tell her to have a "great" day this experience was very disappointing the cashier showed a lack of professionalism and basic manners.

Funny story. I am in the self check out line to pay at Target just now. The girl in front of me scans her item, bags it, and walks out. I come next and the item is still on the screen so I call the employee and say can you clear my screen. She said, "Oh gosh, the girl didn't pay." She had time to chase her down but didn't want to mess with it.They should definitely have an employee by the exit like Walmart. This was the Target on Tyler in Riverside. Guess the employee at the self check out was to afraid to chase her down.

Service is terrible. It's giving Walmart. I would give it no stars if possible. Target hires young kids with zero customer service and zero appreciation for who shops there. Aka the customers who give them job security. Acknowledge your customers. Make them feel welcome. It's just a thought. The integrity and values of Target has gone down hill if you ask me. I hope to see a change in the companies selection of new hires and process of customer satisfaction needs to become a priority.

Target in Riverside located off of Tyler and the 91 freeway had to stop here and get a few goodies knickknacks snacks items I was going to need on my vacation my traveling stopped here. Did you get some more extra clothes or underwear stuff like that it's pretty cool play the parking prices are reasonable just just a little service wise. It's the took a little bit of time but I didn't at the front people friendly just gonna be careful of zombies out there out there paddling but other than that everything else is good, if you need to go to the target, this is a pretty good stop that's 91 freeway and Tyler call street from the mall in Riverside.

One star too many. I found Christmas pajamas that's were not ringing up. The very rude cashier stated they were not on sale . A couple of other employees approached us and said ," just give her 70% off" I shared that all the Christmas items were 90% off. The young lady said. It's 70% off do you want it or not. She was done with me. She turned around and started a conversation with the two young ladies that had approached us. I paid for the item I was going to take. I thanked her and she did not even turn around. I don't understand how people can be so rude

THIS STORE IS COVID-19 CENTRAL Constant and I mean 3-4 a week employees testing positive they say they're "disinfecting" the store yet no cleaning crew had ever come in the break rooms are untouched and the same regardless of the so called "disinfecting" no negative result is needed for employees to return to work. This is not only dangerous to CUSTOMERS but their EMPLOYEES as well. CORPORATE STEP UP AND DO YOUR PART! This is not only a health hazard but a selfish and disgusting act in your part... CLEAN UP YOUR ACT LITERALLY...

I HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! I came to buy a microwave. But they did not have it on the shelf. But Sergio help me get one from the back. He said that he will take about 10 minutes to go get it. At first I thought that maybe he will not come back and maybe forget because he would be helping other people. But to my surprise he actually came with the microwave. We were still going to do some shopping so he took the microwave to customer service until we were done. The price tag on the shelf was $69.99. But on his scanner when he checked it it was about $79.99. So he said to just tell customer service to help with price adjustment. So I go to customer service after I finish shopping, and there was a lady there who was being rude and told me that she could not honor that price. But David in customer service came out of nowhere and said that they could honor it. He typed a few things on the computer and then the price adjustment worked. Even though the lady said there was no way. So thank you so much Sergio and David for AMAZING customer service!!! We need more people like you! If you ever read this I just want to say thank you very much and you guys are awesome!!

This is for the Starbucks inside the Target; I appreciate that the drinks and food taste decent and has consistency throughout all Starbucks locations but OHMYGAWD, the service is so slow here. Not only is it sloth-SLOW, but I was standing in front of the cash register for 5min with no recognition from the 2 baristas (a Latina & AfricanAmerican girl). Those teenagers have no sense of customer service. :( How difficult is it to say "Hi there! We will be with you in just a minute!" They need to be retrained ASAP. Service-FAIL!!

Security guy with the red dye on his hair, yeah maybe it's not a good idea to judge people by their skin tone and choose to follow them around EVERY SINGLE ISLE while they are grocery shopping!!! Very annoying, obnoxious, and rude, considering you are a man of color. Target discriminates against skin tones !!! Don't ever come to this target if you're brown or black because you will get followed. Completely ruined my shopping experience. Target, train your "security" better.
