It's not safe. They steal often and are not responsible. The insurance company has to give them prescriptions for what you had. If not you already lost. And they wash their hands. There is no surveillance and there are no cameras in the hallways.

Judy and Sophia were wonderful! They were extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions! The monthly rate for the unit I rented was very reasonable, compared to other storage places. I would highly recommend this location for all your storage needs.

The 2 ladies working here today were super helpful today. Not only were they kind but super patient with my dad and I we werent so sure about the storage but they were able to help me get 2 storages close to each other and at an affordable price!!!

When we first started renting our small unit with StorQuest in 2019, we were so happy with the price and with the staff. Both staff members were helpful, professional, and fun to talk with. But then those staff members were transferred to other locations and things quickly went downhill from there.
2019 $38/mo for a 6x9 unit
2021 $41/mo (8% increase)
2022 $56/mo (17% increase)
2023 $70/mo (25% increase)
2024 $75/mo (7% increase)
The only noticeable improvements we can attribute to this price increase is that they painted the exterior in 2022 or 2023. Security features and basic maintenance were NOT improved.
In 2021, our storage unit was broken into and over half of our belongings were stolen. We had renters insurance which helped financially, but when we told the person in the office, her initial reaction was, "Oh, just like [other renter's name] last month." She acted like it wasn't a big deal, especially because this other woman had had her stuff stolen as well the month before.
There are no cameras INSIDE the building, so I asked the people in the office to help the police by searching their outside camera footage. Everytime I asked for an update, we got an evasive answer that basically said they weren't doing anything to help. They kept saying there was nothing they could do.
In 2022 the light switch in our hallway was broken and/or missing, so we had to bring flashlights to see in our unit. This went on for months.
In 2023 the lock code on the door nearest our unit to get into the building broke, but instead of fixing it, for months we had to go to the door at the other end of the building.
Every time we'd bring these maintenance issues to the office staff's attention, they would acknowledge they already knew about it and say it was going to be fixed.
At the time we couldn't afford to move our stuff, otherwise we would have moved back in 2021. We are so happy to finally be done with this place.
I would never recommend renting a storage unit here, and based on these experiences, I would never rent from this company again.

The 2 ladies in the office are amazing. They are so friendly and sweet. They are so helpful and kind. My experience renting a unit has truly been wonderful because of them. I would recommend StorQuest to all my friends. Thank you ladies for going above and beyond. You are awesome!!!!
