MICE! For months now this place has been crawling with mice and they don’t do anything about it. The lady who’s always there Brianna has the nastiest attitude when you try to get her to do her job.

i'm telling you this place is infested with mice and they are not doing anything about it. My storage unit is clean has no food in it and there's always mice in it and they won't con tact a manager for me. It's horrible other residents have said the same thing they just don't go on yelp, but maybe they should and I will make sure I tell them to go on yelp because this place is infested with mice and they won't do anything about it.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is filthy and the office manager is the rudest woman I've ever met in my life. If you want to store your belongings in a facility surrounded by transients and supervised by people who don't care, this is the storage facility for you.

These people are liars. They don’t know what they are doing. As well as they tell u the truck is broken. I have been here almost a year. And now I’m leaving due to their lies. Life is too short to deal with liars and cheats.

I called around to a few other storage facilities in the area but they were all way too expensive storAmerica was one of the most reasonable prices available. Apart from the lower pricing customer service was awesome she took care of me she found me the storage unit that best fit my needs I was in and out of there within 20 minutes max thank you guys for your help.

Gianni is professional with great energy he showed me and my grandma 3 different units provided us good service and even gave us water when it was hot outside

I stopped by last Saturday at the last moment approaching a three day weekend. I rented a small unit that was both on special and exactly what I required. The unit and the entire property was clean. The experience was quick and easy. The staff was very friendly and efficient. I am highly recommending both StorAmerica and this specific location to everyone. Definitely five stars.
