This place is GREAT. Mylinh is the BEST nail technician!!!! Her work is AMAZING!!. The salon is very clean!. Mask are required which is no problem for me!!! Stephanie the owner has also done my hair and her work is also AMAZING!! Everyone here looks out for thier clients best interests. All the ladies here are awesome. Thanks you for ALWAYS making me feel BEAUTIFUL.

What is the point of going in being completely empty and saying you need an appointment. I'm disappointed if that were the case why not put it on yelp too. Waste of time. Need to update their stuff online unless she just didn't want to work. I was going to book an appt but I didn't like the vibe I don't want anyone messing with my hair.

I came to see Ragini on a whim one day after taking a hiatus from eyebrow threading due to some bad artists. I had been hoping to grow my brows in thicker so they could be re shaped in a fuller way than before. Ragini was very sweet and listened to my concerns before explaining that she specialized in reshaping eyebrows! I was really excited and hoped for the best. Well let's just say I got the best! I've come here two more times since then and the difference in my brows is so amazing! They are always so even now and filling them in is such a breeze because I can clearly see what shape they are and am better able to define them than I have ever been in the past. As if her skill alone wasn't fantastic, Ragini's customer service is off the charts. On just my second time coming she managed to remember my name and place of employment! I mentioned not knowing they were closed on Mondays and she asked if she could have my phone number so she could text me if her schedule ever changes so I won't show up and it's closed again. I couldn't believe it! I told everyone because I've never had customer service on this level before! Instead of dreading and avoiding getting my brows threaded, I now look forward to going as every time I leave her chair my brows look better and better!
