Whenever I shop here Sol the cashier always has a smile on her face and so nice to all of her customers. She always makes my day with her great attitude!!

Why do I even bother with this store. The customer service is abysmal. In a store when it's relatively empty...your butcher department is all sitting around not helping anyone. They just stare like you have a third eye. Nevermind I'll go across the street where perhaps I can purchase meat.

I went this week I think Tuesday Aug 15 around 4:40pm I was in line and I was very diasppointed and disgusted by the behavior of a very old cashier shes probaly in her 60s. After an ebt customer left she the cashier made negative comments saying if she could afford tattos she should be able to afford groceries. She does not even know if the customer is shopping for someone else, if the customer has a disability that not visible. This rude elder cashier is setting the example to the younger workers and Stater is known for the great customer service. She slowed the line down with all her complaining. I hope management sees this I saved my receipt if you need her name.

Stopped by to get some groceries and a quick dinner after getting off work tired. The lemon pepper seasoned salmon fillets, looked delicious. When getting home I grabbed a piece to put in the air fryer and a cold stiff fly smothered in between. I shouldn't have to drive back, such an inconvenience. I guess I'll be careful next time I'll season it myself. I'll leave this here and see if anything is done about it.

On 04/25/23 you would think it being in a good area the employees would treat customers with respect but it's the opposite, I go to places that are way older than this place and the employees are extremely nice, but the employees here have legit sticks up their asses. I work in customer service as well and I obviously look to see if lights on registers are on to go into, why would I deliberately go into a line that's closed, first of all doing that is rude to the cashier trying to close out. Anyways I get to a line #6 WITH the light already on and I get told after waiting in line for 5mins that the line is closed and the light is off. We'll it was on when I got there then all of a sudden because they feel like it they tell me to move on to a different line. Um you should tell the next people coming into the line after me not when I was already there and it was lit up! I voiced my opinion and the cashier ignored me! Wow great cuz service! This is why I left this company years ago!

Poor customer service basically the staff is rude. The only thing they do is gossip about their personal business. Ralphs will always my go to store.

90% of the staff have attitude. Only a few welcoming smiles. One cashier had his light on ready to check out a customer seen my basket of grocers and told me to go the next cashier. But helped the customer behind me. Tonight I ended up bagging my own groceries. Will not come back. I will go to Ralph's from now and on and pay a little more.

i have been coming to this stater bros since i was a kid and have always loved it and felt welcome. the people are so so nice when you ask to find things, even if they are unsure they do seem kind and helpful. bathrooms are clean, selection is exciting, macaroni salad is delicious, prices are reasonable. i definitely will continue coming here!

The meat department employee was super rude and had me waiting for about 7 minutes before I was acknowledged. In the same visit, the cashier was rude, was cursing and joking with another employee that seemed to be on a break. I wasn't asked if I needed a bag for my items, was charged for a bag, and I told her I already had a bag. She just said "oh" and stared at me. This isn't the first time these employees have been unprofessional and rude. Staters employees have progressively gotten worse throughout the years.

I'm really tired of how poor the Service Is at the deli is. Every time I try and order fried chicken, they've got an excuse as to why they stopped cooking earlier than the evening before. Sometimes the excuse is "it was slow" so they stopped cooking at 6pm. Sometime it's "we close at 9 so we stop cooking at 8". So how can you not cook some darn fried chicken if you close at 9, and don't leave until 10? The response from Mari, one of the clerks at the deli was, "we leave at 10 so we have to start cleaning at 730". Excuse me? You need 2 and a half hours to clean a frying vat? Not to mention when you talk to them they're rude as heck. Corporate needs to get on top of these clowns and get them in line with every other Stater store that serves and makes fried chicken past 8 and until 9. Good thing Ralph's is right across the street.
