Worst experience, if you're not in the drive thru and you actually go inside. The service is the worst I've waited for 20+ min for a drink and a bakery item. And has asked for refunds because they just won't get it even if you ask for it.

I am very sorry to hear and know a Starbucks to receive so many bad reviews and comments online. I visited here to expect a professional and good atmosphere to work. However, there are a lot of homeless people in Starbucks. Do not come here if you mind this. Besides the employees’ bad altitudes, won’t ever step my food inside here again.

Took a detour when a long road trip had really bad traffic- chose Starbucks so we could also use restroom as well. We were told the bathrooms were “closed today”.Got drinks, no whip or topping were on our peppermint mochas, watched them put some on a drink being made, asked for some on our drinks, and was told they were all out.This location seems to be making its own rules.

Such an odd Starbucks experience. No acknowledgement at all for over 10 mins at the drive-thru. I understand if you’re busy but it’s common curiosity to at least acknowledge your customers. I even drove up to the window assuming something was wrong with the system. The window opened and closed with a staff member’s back turned to me the whole time. Could’ve gotten better service from an AI bot.

Allegedly Closed at 330pm on a Saturday due to staffing issues, it’s 3:15 doors already locked. When am employee opened to door asked if I could submit a mobile order, just need my afternoon coffee. Declined said drive thru only closing due to staffing. Not the employees faults but could be handled better. Drive thru was packed and walked from my apartment over. 5 min for coffee to go wouldn’t have killed them though.

So many locations and none can get a drink correctly. Always taste differen, even with the same instructions. If you go here you don't like to be
