Surprisingly the copy & print center is busy here however the unfortunate thing is that there seems to be only like 2 people working at the entire store. 1 at the cashier and 1 at the copy and print center and the one person working at the copy and print center also works at the return center for Amazon returns.

Being here for an hour still waiting..2 employees trying to help but with one training the other is dificult to speed custumer service.

All of the staff were very busy when a demanding customer was rude to them and out of line. She complained to the manager, Matt, who made the employee that was getting abused by the customer not only give in to her demands, but did it in front of the rude (and now smug) customer and other customers as well. I understand customer service, but not at the expense of employees that get verbally bullied. Matt needs to be retrained that sometimes the customer is being abusive and he needs to protect his own staff first. I would’ve quit if I was the employee that happened to.

Extremely disappointed that this company will not honor their promotions. Apparently they think that it is acceptable to end sales promotions before the advertised date (despite having fully stocked shelves of the item on sale). Why would I want to return in the future if I'm going to show up and the price is different than what was advertised. Even having picture proof is not enough for them to own up to their mistakes.

I came to this Staples location to my preTSA appointment. The store is clean and organized. The staff was friendly and helped me find where the TSA checkpoint was. The lady at the TSA check was super nice and explained the process thoroughly! It took less than 10 min to do the whole process! Then I went ahead and got some paper and pens.
