Today I walked in to get a few labels printed and the girl at the print center was not helpful. I was a return customer from 2 weeks ago when another young girl was super helpful printing labels for me. This girl was telling me I had to buy the right size label which was 34.99 ,then she couldn’t help me size the image down to 3inch x 3inch. She was full of excuses.
I left and called the norco location though I live in Riverside. The girl at the print center told me to come over, I sent her both images, took her less than 2 mins and printed my labels. I paid $1.52 and was a happy customer! Thanks Norco Staples! Only got a 3 star because the first young girl 2 weeks ago was amazing. 1 star for today’s girl!! I will continue to drive out of my way to Norco and get awesome service!

I use Staples as my drop off center for Amazon/USPS/UPS returns. There is a wait sometimes if there's a line for those making copies or placing an order for a custom print job. I do wish they could tack on FedEx too but I guess there's really no point since FedEx is literally across the street. I hope this dropoff area continues to stay open.
And as a heads up, they are no longer taking envelopes (for USPS). So if you have stamped mail just head on over to the USPS at Arlington.

This location is horrible. Their staff is lazy and uninformed. I've come here several times, never again! Office Max from here on out!

I had difficulty finding an item in the shop and was helped by one of the attendants. She went with me to find the item, looked though the stock and discovered it. She was so considerate and polite; I truly appreciated that extra bit of assistance.

The staff were all very nice and friendly and the store was clean and well stocked. I wasn't solicited by any panhandlers in the parking lot and there were no people living in broken down RV's in the parking lot.

First time at this location. First time to drop off an amazon return. Tried to enter from the entrance sliding door. Entrance door was blocked and not working. Entered from the exit door. No visible signs indicating where to go. Had to ask someone. Went to copy and print counter where 1 person was helping people who wanted printing work done and handling returns. Waited. After completing return, turned to leave and saw the sign pointing to the amazon returns location. In front of the entrance door that was blocked and not working.

I called for tech support he knew what he was doing. Only took him 2 questions he figured it out quickly and gave me a solution didn't catch his name but I really appreciate your help tech guy
