If you change your payment method they will still charge $10 to pay your bill even when your new payment method is set up online as autopay. Because it's wrong that they will still charge the late fee just because their system will not accept the new payment method till the following month using it as an auto pay card.

Strange world we live in .., my advice is just order online. 10 year customer of T-Mobile and basically they told me they can't do things that if you call they can. So why have a store? Simply trying to purchase new phones and they can't do what I could have done online. Long story short. I couldn't order a replacement phone without an inspection but they do that online with no issues. Seems like an easy thing to fix to me ... more so because I did that impossible thing last phone.

The techs at t-mobile know their stuff, and don't over sell you things you don't want. I like not being pressured into buying the latest and greatest, just give something that works for a resonable price. That is exactly what t-mobile does. Thank you.

Do not use this T-Mobile store. Customer service is horrible. They manually take your name and do not call you in the order that you came. They called a gentleman who came in after me and when I pointed this out. I was told, I take the names and he was here before you. Then I was told that there is still 3 customers ahead of me. I pay very close attention to who is in front of me and even pointed out 2 customers that were there before me.

Horrible Horrible customer service and staff training, the lack of effort from the employees at this location is a joke. Purchased a new IPhone 14 and they forgot to unpair my trade in device to my Apple Watch. Fast forward 3 months I finally make it into the store being a mom makes it hard to get out. I walked into the store and DEVIN told me that I should purchase a new Apple Watch because he could not pair it to my new iPhone14, I know they have quotas to meet but telling a customer to buy a new device instead of going above and beyond for them is just the employee being EXTREMELY LAZY!!! Instead I called customer care through t-mobile app! Neil Patrick on the customer service app rep was able to verbally walk me through on how to reset and pair my new Apple Watch, the lack of effective from DEVIN and his lack of eye contact when talking to me was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL and he should not be working in customer service at all. The employees at this location should be trained to better assist customers. I’ve been with t-mobile for 20+ years and have never had an issue. I usually purchase from a location in San Diego because they have Exceptional customer service and will make the drive down to San Diego. I will NEVER ?? return to the Tyler location. Beware of the lack of EMPATHY.

I believe the person who who helped me was Gabriel. He was very knowledgeable of all products. He helped me setup my new phone really fast. Will be coming back to this store for future needs!

i have had bad experiences at this location but today soha made all those experiences irrelevant! she was so kind & not to mention, we thought we were only going to add one line to our phone plan and ended up leaving with a new phone for myself, my mother & an apple watch! all for 300$! i was shocked at how kind and understanding she was about our budget, she went above and beyond to make our experience satisfactory. she provided great conversation and she made it really easy to sit there for while other times i have become irritated with the wait times & have had employees who have treated me not so well before the remodel of the store. she provided us amazing customer service and a little bit of her background, which made the interaction feel even more personal. she kept us happy & we left with even more than we thought we would. when you come to t-mobile on tyler make sure to ask for soha, she will not disappoint you! she provided customer service in all the right ways, and it has been a long time since i’ve gone to any establishment where the employees make an impression that emulates a genuine care for the customers wants & needs. she brought the deals to us, giving us an 800$ discount promotion and three brand spanking new devices. i hope that she works at this location for a very long time. she has amazing energy & it definitely radiates throughout her work. i could keep going on for hours about how amazing her customer service was but you’ll have to see for yourself!

Today I was helped by " Ritchie". He was SO HELPFUL!!! I'm a hard of hearing " VETERAN" and he was so patient. He explained everything. He helped me with en important " email problem. Thank You RITCHIE!!!!!

Today we went into T-mobile with a non-fixable issue with our flip phone. Trying to file a claim, or warranty just a BIG HEADACHE.. I wanna just say thanks to, DEVYN R.
