“This store has never failed. I usually visit Big 5 to redeem their daily sales based on their emailed coupons, however I always call for inventory confirmation and they usually hold an item for me (since I always call right before showing up). Great deals! If you know you'll be needing something specific in the future, sign up for the coupons and check them out daily, chances are that they will have the item you are looking for on sale at some point!”

“The charging unit for my Orbea Rise died. I reached out to Jenson CS. I was contacted within a couple of days by Faith. I worked with Faith, answered questions and provided requested photos.
Orbea agreed to replace the charger and after a couple of weeks recieved the new charger.
Faith kept me updated throughout the process!
