A "Spectrum" rep with a business card for this address came to my door and tried to sell me Spectrum internet, which I had just subscribed to at a higher price through the website. He suggested I cancel my service and re-subscribe with him at the lower price. I have no idea what the relationship is between the company at this address and Spectrum, but it seems scam-my.

Charter/Spectrum allowed someone to walk inside and add a mobile account to my name over a year ago. Mind you I have never had anything aside from internet service with spectrum as I get mobile through ATT and have for years.I was surprised to find out about this account, but quickly filed a police report and turned it in to spectrum I was told it would be handled and the account in my name would be closed.A year later when I went to move away from ATT, my husband and I thought to have services through spectrum. why were we greeted to an $1880.80 bill for the same mobile service that was supposed to be taken care of one year earlier.we called spectrum and resubmitted the original police report on record. we were told and have been told that there are extensive notes in the system about taking care of this issue and yet. it all seems to be lies. as if they are sincerely not trying to write off this bill....it's like it's against there policy to eat this money so much that they simply can't be compelled to even help good customers.The account cleared fraud ONE YEAR AGO and was listed they say as ATO or account take over. though it was not sent over to mobile billing to be written off...I have been in touch with them for several weeks now and i keep getting ticket numbers and told it's being sent to this special place of that special place, but with each new call I am told that it was actually not sent anywhere at all. This is the absolute craziest thing I have ever seen a business put a customer through. So my goal now is to shout this story everywhere I can until someone in corporate steps up to get me out of this nightmare situation where their reps are lying constantly and simply refusing to help remove this charge so my family can have service....or maybe I am better off with ATT or T-mobile etc....Companies should not be able to act rogue this way and someone needs to be held accountable. it's like the people who work in these offices have made it impossible to find them or their emails and the associates who work in the call centers feel untouchable and simple mock the people that pay their salaries through their business. I am going to also start a petition for fair business services because this is just stupid. well thanks for making an activist out of a person that just wanted mobile service.I've included the bottom portion of the police report that was a filed over a year ago now and resubmitted this year.

Unprofessional not opening on time is my pet peeve especially looking at customers outside and the line is long no excuses you know what time you guys open be on time and prepared! Delaying customers is not okay !

I had no internet and no cable TV - called to have a technician come out and look at it as it wasn't an outrage and rebooting everything didn't help ( all my services went out simultaneously that night). Jose Aguilar was the technician and he was prompt on time( they said 3- 4 he was there at 3), a really nice guy, and great at his job. It was several wire issues which he fixed to a perfect state. I wish Spectrum made leaving feedback for their employees easier - most of them deserve some recognition for working hard at keeping our lives tech happy. Thanks Jose ( 5/27 @ 3pm) !!!

Will never again pay for internet with this company. I would rather do without than put up with the 45-50 minutes on hold anytime there is a problem and their incompetence which causes problems to arise so often.

If I could leave zero stars I would. When you call to disconnect service due to moving, there more than happy to charge you a full billing cycle and refusal to credit any of it. The irony is if you call to disconnect services to switch to a new provider, they will do anything to save your business. When you escalate to their corporate office in the hopes that they will resolve your concern their response will be that they were right and you were wrong and you should’ve paid attention to your billing statements. No company charges for services unused and if it’s disconnected five days into the billing cycle you shouldn’t receive a full bill. Find service elsewhere if you can
