Came here for a truck started off great everything was going well. Then when I purchased insurance that wasn’t going to kick in at the date that Kash wanted, Cash threatened me with fines along with taking the truck back and yelled and screamed over the phone and didn’t want to talk and texted me, (It’s not his problem) when he should’ve told me this prior To driving the truck off the lot, per the dealers responsibility. Also Kash getting upset at me for his recomended bank taking so long to call me, as if I have power over that. Yup, super rude Customer service, never going to this dealer again. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience purchasing our new to us truck from Kash. He was so helpful, and I never felt pressured to buy. He was honest, and let us drive the vehicle to our mechanic to check it out with no hesitations. It felt like we were purchasing from family. I highly recommend his dealership!

Kash sold me a truck that he knew was not a working truck. I took it back to him after the first week because check engine light turned on and needed to get it smog checked. All he did was erase the check engine light and smogged it. When I got home the same problem came on. I took it back to him again and all he said was there is no problem because he was just erasing the check engine light. He has a mechanic that works with him and don’t trust that guy either. His mechanic is right across the street from his dealership. If you experience a problem with your car take it to your own mechanic right away. NOT TO HIS MECHANIC. Even if he insists that mechanic shops will only take advantage of you. He does that himslef.
He took about 2 months to settle my warranty “that I purchased the same day I purchased truck” and gave me excuses to not get it diagnosed until the warranty settles. He said the warranty won’t cover anything if I get it diagnosed before the warrant settles but that was his way to create more time of me having the truck . I’ve had the truck for 4 months and not able to use it since I bought it . Only til drive it back and forth to him. . Now that he says I have warranty he told me to take it anywhere but now the warranty won’t cover the replacement of the turbo . Kash told me specifically he would cover the cost if the warranty himself if the warranty doesn’t cover it . He never kept his word and now he gets upset saying “it’s your responsibility , all I did was sell you the car, now that you are experiencing problems with it I can’t be responsible”. Now I’m looking at $8500 in replacing the turbo.
Becareful doing business with this guy kash. He knows how to talk to you and he will not be up front if his cars have mechanical issues. People like him deserve to get sued and need to be exposed.

We've had to buy cars so many times in the past. Most of those experiences were just flat out bad. We were blessed to discover Simply Hybrid Cars after looking at quite a few other dealerships. From the first phone call with Kash all the way to the last interaction we had with him were beyond refreshing and reassuring. He was efficient, respectful, knowledgeable and thorough; Answering any questions we asked. He was able to get us an amazing deal on an incredible truck. Honestly one of the best that we've ever experienced in over 26 years of buying vehicles. We are grateful we found Simply Hybrid Cars. God bless you Kash!!!!

Kash is not helpful at all he only wants to approve cash deals. Or people with high down payments. He said he was a honest car salesman, but it’s not true. I was treated very badly by him I do not recommend this place at all.

In summary, my experience with Kash was outstanding. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and the level of service I received. Kash is the sweetest dealer ever. My family and I went to him to buy a new family car and he was nothing but super easy. The process took a few days and the car was signed over to us. I would recommend my friends and family to Kash for car deals.
He was very thorough with the process of trying out the car, buying the car and post purchase with the car. Trust him 100%!!

Kash was Amazing to my wife and I, not to forget his wife also who was so kind also. I went there out of the blue just to look and when I saw the car I wanted ,kash helped me out very kind. Place was already closed and he told me don’t worry about it you can look around. He didn’t have to stay late for us but they did and came out with a good deal.
