I was given amazing customer service by an employee named Luis. He was patient and helped me when I need different shoe sizes. They didn't have the style I wanted in my size so he went above and beyond and checked if they had that size in a different store and put them on hold for me. Great guy and very genuine experience with him.

If you order anything online they will not answer your call to corporation or the store if you select the option for a return, the phone hangs up if you select an option for a problem with shipping the phone hangs up. You select the option for where your order is the phone rings indefinitely and never picks up the brick and mortar store at Tyler is not at fault for the corporation policies on returns but normally when I see this type of behavior, it’s unscrupulous corporations that are refusing to make returns, charging for return shipping and a restocking fee. This is exactly why, I try to buy what I can from Amazon because they have better corporate policies Shame on you for not offering adequate customer service. This kind of thing was not acceptable in the 90s and it damn sure is not acceptable in 2024.

The store had a good vibe as soon as we walked in. We were immediately greeted by Lance who helped my husband find his AF1's he was looking for. Lance impressed us with his friendliness & professionalism...a well mannered young man. THANK YOU LANCE!!

If I could I would give a 0 rating for this Company, Applied for a job here Alex said she would give me a chance started the hiring process waited 15 days and the chick Amanda finally tells me 2 weeks down the road I was disqualified because my availability feels like I was strung along the whole time incredible! Don't even try to apply here unable to contact anyone in corporate impossible, there is no information about this Company on the Better Business bureau Shoe Palace is not BBB accredited! Someone needs to have this place closed down for sure! Dont play with me im the wrong person!!!

You buy and if you lose your receipt they don't give you your refund, they don't ask for your phone number, they don't ask for your email address, so you can make any change or claim, I asked to change my shoes here for a larger size and they didn't have it, They told me to go to Ontario or San Bernardino, it's crazy, honestly.
I live 5 minutes from Tyler Mall, and they can't have my money or the correct size, they gave me a gift card, I don't recommend shoes palace, they don't have a good purchasing system and exchanges, avoid headaches and a bad time if you lose your receipt there will be no way for you to get your money back,

My son wanted a pair of shoes with xmas money so we went to mall. First store was this 1 so I Asked a person if they worked there as she was folding clothes. Rude from the start with attitude replys stating she does with that im obviouslyfoldingclothes attitude. I ask for a certain shoe was available she was rude but basically said no. Asked if she could size my sons foot she said no. At this point she made it clear she didnt want to help me.How are you a shoe store an not know how to size shoes? I yelled an left. Purchased shoes in a different store an have told many people in mall day after Christmas not to ever go to your store after the horrible experience.foot locker was able to help me size him and didn't even carry the shoe we wanted go figureThe customer service was better across the way. Would never recommend this place
