We bought 2 pairs of shoes and need to return one pair only to exchange for more shoes. My bf would probably buy shoes once a week. He was out of town and remembered he forgot to take the shoes back and went in two weeks after their 30 day return policy. These shoes are brand new and it is 16 days beyond the date. Spoke to a manager said there is nothing they will do. So instead of making a one time exception we will never go back. So they can keep the sale but lose a customer. I never understand poor management who do not understand customer service and keeping customers.UPDATE: Someone answered the text and has now disappeared. I feel like they only say this so it looks like they will respond but don't! Haven't heard anything back at all!

In 2023:1) you cannot assign a person to pick up your order2) they dont price match their own website in store3) to return orders you have to call a customer service numberIf it is really this difficult to shop here I would rather go to a different business

Refuse to give me a military discount after showing her my ID and providing her with my DOD ID number that they requested, i used to shop here regularly now I’m going to take my business elsewhere, rude staff as well as management

What happen to customer service and leading by example? I thought a manager is suppose to be a company's best employee; showing others what to strive forThat was not the case here. I called in to place an item on hold for me to purchase. An employee was assisting me with checking out when the manager comes around yelling at me for being too close to the register saying I could not stand there. Taken aback I looked around to see there's no one behind or next to me. I'm not sure how she expected me to get purchase my items away from the counter. I finished my transaction before acknowledging her rude behavior. Asking what the two line marks on the floor were for - and she said for customers to wait to be helped. Then if I was being taken care of by an employee am I not suppose to be at the counter? She ignored me and walked away. What a sour shopping experience.

Y'all have the slowest computer system ever I waiting 15 mins for transaction To be approved like wow they have good stuff N All but it's that computer that's slow I Also Did a return an it took 20 -30 mins to get it going Cuz the "computer is slow" They have great employees All respectful But Like I Said Those slow a** computers Gotta go

One of the better Shiekh stores I've been too. Going in to pick up was easy and simple. If you go in to put in raffles entries the barcodes to scan are usually inside on the table before the register. They get a good amount of retro Jordans but haven't seen them get Yeezys.
