Visited this store to pick out paint colors for our home. We were inside a good 20 minutes. Not one employee came over to help or even say hello. Even when we left there was no "goodbye" or "have a nice day", nothing! I would give this place a zero in customer service if I could.

Horrible store to shop at... first I realized walking in there was no other customers in the store accept me & two employees, one sitting looking down on their phone the other with funny earrings in his ears looked like he had the look of a very mean dog that was ready to bit with no smiles no friendliness at all absolutely no people skills whatsoever... I was almost ready to walk out of the store, I should had realized that the first sign indicator of any bad store is when there are no other customers in the store it's generally a big red flag when a business isn't good which I see now why this store wasn't.. I would never go to this store again & steer people away from ever going there it's a very unfriendly store...

The staff was very helpful with their recommendations . They Answered all my questions. Knowledgeable. They ran out of a primer I needed and recommended I check back in Sunday for the new shipment. I was really surprised when I came into the store for the follow up and saw behind the counter the primer ,in the amount I needed, labeled with my name . EXCELLENT customer service. Shout out to Jasmine who helped me out both days.

Really smart sales staff! I did a lot of research, asked a lot of questions, and the staff was able to answer everything. I asked about options and the staff (wish I could remember her name...Sunday morning around 10AM 5/14/2023). I bought 3 gallons, and got a good discount for the over $50 buy. Sweet. It goes on smoooooooth. Smells good too. Doesn't stink up the house either.

I placed an order online and they called me to let me know that my order would be canceled due to their card reader not working. I never received an email of cancellation and I was charged for my order.

I had a great experience at this location today. I had phoned ahead to make sure that they had a very special commercial style paint, which they did. When I showed up a half an hour later they already have them shaken and set aside for me. Without having to ask they brought the 12 gallons out to my truck and help me load it. I believe that Sherwin Williams makes top notch paint and paint supplies, couple that with the outstanding service I can’t help but highly recommend them.
