Gas prices are a lil high but what do you expect from a shell? Great selection of coffees, energy drinks and snacks with decent deals. The short cashier with the glasses is super friendly, always offers to bag up my drinks when I go in and tells me to have a good day/night. This is my go-to before and during work gas station for energy drinks.

If I can give 0 starts I would because what just happened is ridiculous! A friend of mine just came to the gas station, he's a paying customer who had to use the restroom, he used it and let his dog use the restroom outside on the grass, before he could get something to pick up after the dog the lady that works there (skinny, glasses, reddish orange hair) came out yelling at him for using the restroom telling him to "leave her property"?! Like do you own the gas station or you just work there? Like what is wrong with you? Try to be a better human being it's not okay to disrespect someone who is just minding their business and using the restroom!

I was denied free gas, which is illegal. This is the first time this ever happened to me in California. I was not expecting this from an expensive Shell gas station. The lady said "California does not require to provide free air" which is incorrect according to CDFA. I totally understand if the button to activate air was not working, but I don't like to be lied to. It might not have been her fault, as managers typically the ones who give orders, but still.

Their shift exchanges sign on the door lasts wayy more than the “approx. 20mins”??♀️ they should agree on a start time and end time for the shifts.

For some reason the shop is always locked. The windows say open 23 hours but its 6pm and they're closed. I've come here at different times and it seems like it's always locked with no sign up that says closed.

Every other time I stop here there's a "shift change" and the sign says 20 or 30mins but there's never a start or end time it's always more like an hour and then there's the cashier lady that's always complaining about something draining everyone's energy

Bathroom experience, clean and accessible! Stopped to buy a new charger and was lucky this stop had it all. Would definitely stop here again. And the bathroom signs were perfect

The chick at the counter was so high she couldn't even put gas on the right pump, and as soon as we came back in she started to count her droor and blatantly ignored us

A bidet! Nice touch. A little more overall cleanliness would elevate the rating. Maybe automatic deodorizer? Staff was very nice.

Bad customer service. I also bought a keychain made up of beads for $3 & it ended up falling apart the day I bought it.
