Unfortunate experience this morning 9:00am after meeting with the mechanic for a wiper blade refill replacement. I was informed he only had 1 blade he would order the other to come back in 1 hour at noon I was informed the part was in route by Uber within an hour. After 2:15 without notice went back to the station where the mgr Sam or Stan Lumpkin rudely said he will only replace the blade if I buy the wiper arm as well. Wondering why they have an assortment of wiper refills but they only install with the purchase of an arm Assembly? ? ? Hmmm....

This is the second time that I go there and nobody's there it's regular hours people are all waiting the door is locked and nothing I literally waited 30 minutes and finally left and went to the Arco gas station across the street The several times that I have been there however everything's OK I just wish that they would either put a sign up so that we know when they're coming back or get someone to cover them when they have to go out for any reason

Gas price is relatively lower than other gas stations nearby. Did not have an major issue with customer service, but it’s card reader is unreliable at times could be improved.

Horrible service. This is the second time I stop to pump gas at this Shell & the lady Farhana has a terrible attitude. She had the nerve to ask me if it was necessary for me to use my Ralph’s rewards and for some reason the point discount still didn’t go through & she said it was my fault. The first time I went she was distracted on her phone with someone or something playing on speaker. Today once again she was distracted. She asks for the pump number several times and trust me I don’t mind repeating it and the amount but she has the nerve to get upset as if I didn’t tell her the right pump number or amount the first two times she asked.

Yavi is the best gas station attendant/clerk I've ever encountered!! This man will forever have my business when I pass through and this was only my first stop (I actually always stopped at the Arco but not anymore)! Every time I come here from now on will be a reminder that there are still good people left in the world! #humbling Thank you for all the help Yavi forever grateful!

DO NOT go inside this place! The lady working there this morning has absolutely no idea how to count change or how to deal with customers. I watched her attempt to count back change to the guy in front of me $61.05 she had money everywhere and then had the nerve to ask him if he even wanted the 5 cents! The entire time I was there she had her phone on speaker and was clearly more engaged with that conversation than anyone standing in front of her. She never once acknowledged me and never even bothered to give me my total, she was 100% focused on whoever was on her phone and I doubt she even realized I was there. It was so bizarrely unprofessional.

I insert my card and put in my ZIP, it tells me to see the cashier. I go to the store and the door was locked, nobody inside. Trash service
