This is our second consecutive year working with Shalom Truck Insurance Services Inc. I cannot express enough how helpful, efficient, and well-structured this company has been. They have been able to meet all of our Insurance needs at the best rates for our Trucking company; and, have ensured that all necessary requirements for the Ports, UIIA, RMIS etc., and individual logistic companies are met. They are prompt in their response times and are efficient in ensuring things are done the right way - and I can confidently say they have reduced a lot of my stress, during these strenuous times in the Trucking Industry.

These girls took two months to tell me they were having a hard time getting a quote. They also mentioned they were too busy planning weddings. Then never responded.Very unprofessional

This place genuinely deserves more than 5 star. This place has team of pros specially Jessica is so down to earth, when you need help with something she will get it done. Sometime they take a little longer to quote you but trust me they will present you with the best quote. Waited a little longer to review this place to see how they treat you after getting policy but their behavior never changed like other places. You guys met beyond my expectations , I really appreciate you guys. Keep up the great work??

I really hate to give bad reviews, I’ve been waiting on a quote for more 3 weeks, every time I call someone is working on it and they will get back to me. Just called and the person will give me a call back once again. So disappointed because many MANY truckers referred us here and got no help.

Very good insurance agency to work with, started my own truck with insurance and have nothing bad to say, Jessica has been a over all amazing person and super nice, gets jacks to me with out having to call and love that . Good rates and good personal handling everything, organized and happy with this insurance company.

After 12 years of being lease O/O, I recently decided to run my own Authority. And the insurance one of the most important things on the Trucking business. But Shalom made everything easier for me.Jesse, and his team was very accommodating, and like the Business Name "Shalom" gave me "PEACE" of mind.They make sure I'm satisfied what I'm getting...
