I found an arrangement for a closer coworker of mine who had passed. Unfortunately, I couldn’t attend. The florist gave me a good reasonable price and had the flowers delivered on time. I am fully satisfied.

I ordered a floral arrangement for my dad’s funeral service, and the delivery was made on time, the ordering processes was easy, the owner called direct to confirm the order and delivery, and the arrangement was beautiful and a great value. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I Ordered a sympathy arrangemnet from Serrano Flowers and it was EXACTLY how it was advertised online . They called to let me know they were ready for pick up as soon as they were done. It was a quick and easy pick up process as well, and the staff was super friendly. I will definitely be ordering from here again if I ever need flowers in the future .

I have received flowers from this shop a few times by surprise just to put a smile on my face and everytume it works not just because I was thought of but because the flowers are always so BEAUTIFUL and I mean each time they are stunning and last a long time. When I'm looking for a flower shop they will definitely be on the list

I had a terrible experience. I ordered flowers for a birthday, I even asked if they could call the shop to make sure they were being delivered. They did not arrive. I called for a refund explaining what happened how disappointed I was and no one took the time to even call and apologize. This is unacceptable from a flower shop. Time of delivery is one of the most important items on a flower order. I do not recommend doing business with this shop.
Update: This shop then charged my card 4 days later. They are crooks do not do business with them.

I ordered an arrangement for a coworker who had lost a family member. Serrano Flowers did an absolutely beautiful arrangement that was even nicer than the photo online. The flowers were fresh and it was ready at the time I asked for them to have it ready as I was picking it up personally. I would definitely order from them again!

If you want flowers delivered 3 days later than when you ordered and late and just left by your door this is the place to get it do not recommend.
