After stalking their Instagram page for 6 months, we finally pulled the trigger on a new waterfall for our yard! This was our second time visiting, and the service was excellent both times. Very attentive to what we were looking for and took the time to explain the different options to us. Explained to us how to best assemble the waterfall and within an hour or so we filled it up and started to enjoy it! If your looking for a waterfall or something nice for your yard, look no further. Service and prices are excellent! Special shoutout to Christopher, great guy and very knowledgeable about his products!

We were in California for an air show in April. Spotted this cool place while out sightseeing. Excellent customer service and awesome product selection! I hope you will remember this cat. The one with one ear!

I contacted the number they put on google and someone named Luis answered the phone and told me to contact his cellphone. I did call him and he told me send my address and pictures of the fountain. Then and we setup a time meet on Friday. Then I called Friday morning to confirm the appointment but he said sorry “ I overbooked today but I can come on Saturday afternoon”. Then I changed my schedule on Saturday since he said he was coming so I can get it done. He was supposed to come around 1.30pm so I called him but never answered the phone or even send me message. He simply ghosted me. I wasted two days just because he changed the schedule but he never even bothered to call or text as a courtesy. It was horrible experience.

After visiting and viewing multiple fountain businesses we chose Santi's based on their options, customization flexibility, timeliness and customer service. They had great communication and delivered our fountain in perfect condition. We had a small issue with the pump after 6 months and they came out right away to fix it for free! 10 stars highly recommend

WOW!! What can I say, working with these people was a pleasure. We purchased a fountain from a private party, They picked it up, delivered it and set it up literally within a few hours. Everyone we worked with were very pleasant and helpful. Highly recommend Santi's Fountains. Thank you so much!!

This was my first visit to this store and I loved it! Great selection of fountains and other garden items to choose from. Good prices and knowledgeable staff. I purchased this fountain and added a solar light for a nice finishing touch!

I actually bought a small waterfall with a little pond back in the 1980's and I've had it going ever since. I love it!
