I am really over this place. It's so frustrating, I have to stop shopping locally and start shopping the offical Sanrio site. They always post items on their site they never have. 3 times I have received e-mails that they don't have my items. Just update your website.

This place is nice and staff is mostly always friendly. The only complaint I have is they don’t let you shake the Sonny angel and Smiski boxes?? I have bought various times from this Sanrio and they have always let me shake the boxes. It’s not like it’s damaging the product .. it honestly takes the excitement and fun out of Smiski and Sonny angel hunting :/ and of course I walk in the store to see an employee shaking one of the Sonny angels boxes herself. So employees can shake them but customers can’t ? Hmm. That’s the only thing I would hope the owner or manager of the store would change . It’s not fair employees can shake the boxes but paying customers can’t?

My go-to place for figurines!! (Sorry can't tell you which because all you resellers and scalpers will head over here and buy out everything). The girls are incredibly friendly and I like how they don't stalk you around the whole store like most Japanese stationery places do.

Some items are a little pricey compared to other stores that sell the same item. Discount or Sale will attract the fan and loyalty customers to shop.

Hello Kitty lovers dream for sure but better have a big budget! We took our 4 year old who has no idea the value of money and it was hard to explain that she could only get a small key chain! Plush keychains were $20+! Of course she picked a 4” Melody mermaid and it was $35! The place is stupid expensive but the staff was very friendly.

Great store with great selection says my daughter, but the issue we both found was that it was a bit cramped with narrow walkways compared to the amount of people visiting. She loved the items they had on hand though, so she wasn't too affected. All-in-all it was not a bad trip. Always be mindful of the price of going to these stores, that is another eye-catcher on my end.

Bought a 50 dollar mystery bag, only for the contents to be broken. Can't refund or exchange so money wasted.Extremly disappointed no wonder the girls were giggling when I was checking out.
