I highly recommend the optical department . Michelle & Kristi were fantastic,professional and great to work with. There were 2 of us and we are both VERY SATISFIED with our glasses. They truly are an ASSET to Sams club,it was really a pleasure to work with 2 women who really know what customer service means. THEY MADE SURE WE WERE TOTALLY HAPPY WITH OUR SERVICE & PURCHASE . I chose Sam's Club over Costco because it tends to be a lot less crowded. Love coming here to save money buying random non perishable house hold items in bulk. The scan and go feature in their mobile app is nice since you get to skip the long lines.

Love shopping here for household stuff! Being a plus Member I can come in at 8am instead of 9 am! Beat the rush! Also I have scan and go so check out lines for me! I brought these lamb chops and they were so good!

So I've contacted corporate and customer service about this issue. Just the other day a person named Josh was supposed to deliver my items. A woman name Yolanda dropped off my items. I asked her do you know a person named Josh and she said no in Spanish. I looked in her car, and there is no one but her and her little child. This is not safe. We got random people delivering our items to our house. Our place of residence! Why is this not being a priority of a safety issue!?

We shop at both Costco and Sam's club. Sam's has some things that don't come in such large quantities like ready made salads. Since it's just the two of us, we don't waste food. When we entertain we will get the larger quantity salad from Costco. We really like having the options of the two different quantities. That's just one example, but I'm sure you get the idea. One thing that Sam's has that Costco doesn't is the Scan N Go app. If you've never used it, you definitely have to check it out. You scan the item when you add it to your shopping cart and get to bypass the checkout line. It always makes me laugh when I see people standing in line when they could just use the app. When you get to the exit, the employee who checks your receipt scans your phone and you are out and on your way. I really wish Costco would do this too.

I recently had to correct multiple items prices that were not labeled correctly and I had to engage the store cashier to correct. This has happened on at least one item over the past few months on nearly every visit. In this case I had to wait on an open cashier and the manager had us wait and wait and wait in order to get our corrections. I am thinking there is no need or reason to continue to shop at Sam's Club, my wife and I resolved to never go back there and allow our membership to lapse this year. Gotta say, no place is perfect, but I can't stand this place.

I am in California and I have a car in Georgia that needs tires. I'm using my Sam's Club card. I ordered the tires while here in California to be put on the car in Georgia. The tires came in they put the order on my credit card but because I'm not there they won't put the tires on the car I think that's ridiculous. I am not there yet but the car needs tires. They have my credit card. What's the problem. when trying to call to resolve the issue the main office could not get anyone to answer the phone at the McDonough Sam's club ! Therefore, they could not resolve the issue and apologized. I'm done with Sam's Club for tires.

Does Sam's Club in Moreno Valley on Riverside they racial profile you when you're exiting the Sam's Club checking their baskets they check the Latinos baskets they only scan one or two items the blacks they stand 3 4 and 5 items you let management know they don't seem to care it's like they don't want black shopping in their store.

I have placed five orders now in the last month for pick up at the store. They make me select a time to come and pick it up, and not one out of the five orders has even been ready on the day that I requested it I get notification the following day that my order is finally ready. I came to the store went and talked to them. They told me they'd be right out in five minutes, three hours later I got a notification that my order was ready. I saw it in the parking lot for over an hour waiting before I walked in the store picked up everything I needed and left. Tonight my order was supposed to be ready at 5 o'clock, it is now 8 o'clock. I've heard nothing from them. I have called the store six times and let the phone ring for over four minutes. Not once did anyone answer the phone. Their customer service is horrible. I will never go back.

I always shop here and maybe grab some food from the snack bar and for some odd reason one of the girls at register always "forgets" to give back my change, this is has happened twice already. Not sure if she's doing it to other people who don't pay attention, hopefully not. I tried calling the store because I found a hair underneath my pizza slice but the store never answers.

We have a membership at Sam's Club 6363 Valley Springs Pkwy, Riverside, CA 92507. The store staff is very helpful and we spend over $600 on any visit. Problem is if you have to wait at register for associate to get an item that is electronic and can't be paid for till it is brought up it Is insane at this store. We have tried twice now to get a $129.00 blue tooth speaker for our I phone. A manager sent someone to get and cashier could not close us out till it was brought up to scan. Another manager came up after we waited 10 mins and said pay our $629 grocery bill and we could pay separate when they came up with speaker. NO not acceptable. We already stood there 10 mins after standing in line 30 mins waiting to get to register. So tired of hearing we are short handed 3 people called in isn't that why you have stand by staff to call in and is it even the shoppers problem. If I take a paper from the electronic department a staff member should be bringing up the item to his location and have ready to go to register not have to look for it when a staff member gets there. The last visit we stood 18 mins and no item brought up. Got fed up and left. I realize you make a lot of money from all your shoppers but what about good customer service. This is the number one reason businesses flourish. Does Sam's Club not care about the customer? Not good business standards and I have worked for some very large companies whose main goal was good customer service. Your management should feel ashamed for making the customer feel abandon to have to stand and wait than listen to excuses. Becky

Twice in the last couple of months, I purchased items, at this Sam's. I'm usually pretty good about checking expiration dates. On both items, I did not. One of the items was on a car pick-up order and had expired five days earlier. Quality control not working. If you shop at this Sam's, please check expiration dates. One of the items was potato salad. Hopefully, no one has become ill after consuming expired products from this store.
