I took a hat of mine that needed dry cleaning(200$ hat) and like he just threw it in the washer. Hat has no structure and doesn't even fit me anymore , noticed it once I was in the car. Could've just told me he couldnt do it , now im out 205$ and a hat smh
NOTE: this hat was also limited, can't even buy another one.
Update/ NEW PHOTOS : (1 pic is after the 2nd pic is before )Since I can't reply to owners response.... Sir , you did say you were going to try your best and I trusted you. However you completely ruined my hat, I didn't ask for it new again. Hat size didn't just shrink "a bit" it was a 7 1/2 and Hat would fit me loose. When I got it back it was smaller than a 7 3/8! That's 2 sizes it shrunk. However the "generation" remark ... really ?? I don't know what you're talking about cause I took it to a youngster before in another city and did way better than you and didnt mess up my hat like you did. Wanted to support a local business and this what happen, a bit disappointed. Good luck with your business , I hope this doesn't happen to future customers.

You gotta love a small business where the owner knows everyone by name. Super friendly, cleaned my 6month dirty wedding dress to a great condition. I'll drive from another city just to come here.

Guy seems friendly enough, and then he hits you with these extra fees, said he told me about them, but not! I don't know where he got 5 stars buyer beware he doesn't want to take debit nor credit, so be prepared!

What a hidden gem! I am so glad I found Sam's Cleaners. The cleaners by my house closed down so I had to find a new one. I searched Yelp and came across this business. The owner is friendly and nice. I am having my wedding and he took care of my son's and my outfit. He also dogs some of my other slacks. He did such an outstanding job. I couldn't ask for more. His prices are more than reasonable! I would recommend Sam's to anyone.

I had my coat dry cleaned it was full of lint from a sweater. Sam did awesome work on it. Very friendly. I would highly recommend Sam’s Cleaners

I dropped off my jacket with a pretty bad hot sauce stain (from that same day). Very friendly and family-owned business, I definitely got a good impression. When I went to pick it up, it wasn't placed in the correct hanger/bagged up with my name so because the owner wasn't available, the worker wasn't able to find my jacket and I had to return a different day. This was pretty inconvenient and worrisome since I spent a good amount of $ on my jacket. When I did come back the owner was able to find my jacket but unfortunately I wasn't given any discount nor really much of an explanation as to why. My jacket was clean and didn't smell like much so that's OK but I probably won't return based on the service and lack of consideration. I'm just not willing to risk it.

Tuesday comes and we are told the iron isn't working and the dress isn't ready (a phone call would have been nice)...the dress may or may not be ready by Wednesday. We pick it up, pay then are told there are spots that were unable to be removed. The whole experience was stressful and the lack of communication is what made it worse. I strongly believe in supporting small businesses but unfortunately we won't be coming here anymore. Plaza Cleaners instead!
