Nice store and easy to find things and nice co workers

Would rate ONE STAR; However, it appears to not be an option. I wanted to revamp my wardrobe and THOUGHT this would be a wonderful place to start; oh how I was WRONG. About 5 minutes into my shopping experience, I was profiled by asset protection and associates. I was followed around the store, including an asset protection associate hovering around me while trying to find shorts and some Hyaluronic acid. The “Manager” I spoke with while filing a complaint, refused to give me her name and/or the Store Manager name. I was able to get the DM name, but not the corporate number; I had to find that online. To say the least, Disrespectful & Unprofessional. She deserves to be terminated. The fact that this establishment is run like this; flabbergasted. Not to mention how filthy the store is; possibly caused from all the hate they spew onto customers that fills the place with negative energy. I recommend everyone avoid this location. It appears everyone is a criminal the moment they walk in.

One of the few Ross stores. They try to keep items in order making it easier for us consumers to find things. I go in and in 7 minutes I come out with everything I'm looking for. (If it takes me longer... It's because I find more and more articles that I like. Heh heh.) Super recommended..
