WORST STORE I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO……….. cashiers were unprofessional and not coordinated at all, asked for something to be put on hold and was still given to another customer that put the same exact item on “hold”. I would recommend going to another store and staying clear of this unprofessional environment! Such a HORRIBLE establishment! Do better as a company.

I've work with Ross, less than 3 weeks. A Manager Labled N, gave No Respect of me being there and when I Resigned.. I had a Medical issue and they knew of it. I ended up in the Hospital, I could not speak and I barely knew where I was. Manager N gave attitude and No Respect and was Glad when I resigned. I wish I would report her.

The supervisor/manager at this location, is incredibly rude to her employees. Today at this location I witnessed her yell at her employees across the room and across customers, over something incredibly simple. She stated that the employee “ BETTER come talk to her & get a walkie”. I think it’s incredibly disrespectful to talk to employees like they are children. This alone made me never want to shop at this location ever again. This manager/supervisor needs to be demoted. Behavior like this is unacceptable. And frankly the employee she was speaking to deserves an apology. If I could get the location zero stars I would.
