I had a funny situation. Continue reading if you're curious. See attached pictures and videos.The store was just like a typical Ross. They have a little bit of everything. This place and the surrounding area seem to be new. Some of the aisles had items on the floor, and some items were right in the middle of the pathway. To be fair, the items blocking the pathway were cleared by an employee, so I wasn't able to take a picture without looking weird by taking a picture of a woman.So, one thing that was surprising is that there was no line. After I paid and walked out the door, those little theft ringers began to beep. The 2 loss prevention guards told me to come back inside the store and see the cashier. I got bothered, but I turned around and began walking to the cashier. Out loud I said, "I already paid for this!." One of the LPs said the cashier needs to check and remove something from what I bought. Before I reached the cashier, I took out the little electronic I bought and then she said that I'm good and that I'm ok. The LPs said something to the cashier, like if I couldn't leave yet. I turned to the LPs and told them to make up their mind, and I walked out. No apology or nothing. LOL

Large variety of clothes and it's really clean , they had alot of Volcom which is my fave brand .

It's great...first time going here and it's clean! I like clean stores to make me look around and it's worth having a clean and organized store to make it great foot traffic!

Ross is great but I tend to have a hard time finding clothes I like there. Most of the stuff in the men's section are not things I'd wear. Usually end up getting home stuff when I go, or cheap shoes.

Clean, organized, well maintained store all in all. Staff is friendly enough. The store has a very nice selection of many different items. Prices are very reasonable on most things.

....sometimes even if I don't need anything in particular I stop here on my way home to unwind and actually tonight was one of them on my way home I decided to stop and ended up getting these esrrings that would have went adorable with this hoochie dress I have and walked around aimlessly for a good long while but then I got to the line and it was hella long so I decided this could wait, maybe tomorrow when they first open but it was so cute the guy greeting in the front door he was walking around saying "thank you for shopping with us and hope you're finding everything okay" and that was so sweet?... it is employees like these that go the extra mile and with their attitude giving out positive vibs that make a difference.. I walked out of here here empty handed into the chill night feeling but feeling good and that's what's up!!

I went to Ross to look for Christmas gifts and I found this Calvin Klein pajama I knew my mom would love, while I was waiting in line something told me to check the tag the pants and top were 2 different sizes. I then left the line and went back to sleepwear to see if they had anything similar. I found the same pajama and realized that the two pajama pants were swapped. Large top medium pants vice versa. I got back in line waiting for 15 minutes. I did have a return but the last time I had a return I was told by a cashier that I needed to wait in the regular line if I was purchasing so this time I did just that. I waited my turn and register 4 became available I lifted the return bag and she informed me to move to the return line and either register 1 or 2 would assist me so myself and the other customer waiting in the return line and the cashier looked and myself and the gentleman and said I need to help a purchase first then you guys. My self and the gentleman looked at each other and said but we waiting in the regular line for over 15 minutes what do you mean you can't help us first there is only 2 customers left in line. He began to explain that this is the procedure. The gentleman said well I think that's poor customer service and we should be assisting as we waited in the long line as all fairness. I asked to speak with a manager and Fernando looked at me and said I am I began to explain that I am also a manager and his behavior is poor. Register 2 opened up and daisy assisted me I explained what happened to the pajama set and she said thank you and started to remove the censor. I asked and she also repeated the size I needed. Daisy ended putting 2 pants in the bag instead of the outfit unfortunately I did not notice till I got home and started wrapping gifts. I called the store and spoke to Angelica and explained the situation she asked me kindly to hold on so she could check with a manager, now the Manager Liz answered my call and said sorry but you could bring back the pants and we will give you a full refund (seemed frustrated) I said ok but I want the set as it is a gift did they leave it at the register she said no we don't see it, I said ok would an employee be able to help see if it was placed back in sleepwear? She immediately said no we don't do that and blew hot air and placed the phone down and then Angelica answered and repeated it all over again I told her it's ok I heard exactly what your manager said basically no one would help me lol for the shirt even though it was a mistake their employee did. Mind you I called and spoke with Randy the store manager and expressed the customer service I received and now this. They really need to reconsider who they hire as a manager.

Was super excited to come here cause it's new, BUT it wasn't as I expected it to be. As always very messy clothes on the floor. Huge line and only 2 cashier's open. We waited for about 20 minuets ridiculous.... The inventory wasnt good everything was just thrown in areas, there wasnt much to choose from.

It's a brand new store. I loved the selection in the Home Goods area. Men's larger sized clothing and Women's Body Care need more of a variety. We came in there to get cold-weather clothing for our glamping trip. We purchased nearly $300 worth of clothes, for him.
